Well done, that's halfway to a result.

Now write a letter to Asda's CEO, telling him/her exactly what happened and asking if they agree that disabled BB holders who DID display their Badge properly, should fall foul of a scam whereby the ticketer squatted down to make it look like no BB was displayed - and for that, you had to pay UKPC fifteen pounds of your money, to avoid the harassment of being sued.

Ask what Asda'a position is on this, because this has put you off ever returning to that site, given that UKPC are notorious for such 'fake photo' conduct:

You may as well try. I reckon you will get over £20 in vouchers and an apology.

I agree with C-m, but you need to explain the scammers actions better.

You should have said that you saw him/her deliberately taking a photo from a squatting position so that the BB was deliberately obscured.
Then quote the BPA CoP that says the operator must thoroughly check the dashboard for signs of ticket/permit/BB.

If you saw the weasel do this, then say so, pointing out that once they saw the BB, they deliberately tool a piccy from a different position to ensure the clearly displayed BB could not be seen.
This was a deliberate act of deception.
Your photos show the BB clearly on display, the parking weasel's pic was taken from an unnaturally low position deliberately designed to deceive.
