unlawful parking ticket received from UKPC in ASDA

my advice has not changed either , see post #6
the key here is to keep up the pressure on ASDA head office (who signed the parking contracts) and get this particular PCN cancelled, PLUS adding the VRM to a whitelist, getting it said in writing that this VRM will NOT receive any more pcn,s at their UK stores (which as I said is what I have done with my own VRM)0 -
Or just ignore it, as they can't get your address, nor hold you liable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

my only worry is the CCJ, I am worried that I am getting CCJ without me knowing because I am getting no letters at all.0

How false was the false address then? Not one of your old ones, I hope?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good morning
Thank you for your email below.
I can confirm that UK Parking Control Ltd are a member of our Approved Operator Scheme which means that they are required to adhere to our Code of Practice. Should you wish to view our Code of Practice, this can be found using the below link:
CAN NOT POST LINK
Our role is to investigate any complaints about alleged non-compliance with our Code where evidence can be supplied – we are unable to become involved in individual ticket disputes, hear appeals or ask operators to cancel charges.
If you are aware of an alleged breach of the above code, please kindly supply us with the details of this along with any information to enable us to assess how we may assist you.
Unfortunately unless recorded delivery is used we are unable to ascertain whether mail or email has or has not been received by either party.
As it is not currently a requirement of the Code that the operator send mail recorded delivery, if they are able to provide the audit trail of the documents they advise have been sent, we cannot advise there to be a breach of the Code.
You may wish to request the missing documents from the operator or the debt recovery agent.
Yours sincerely

What was your actual complaint about? Did you mention the scammer taking a pic from a squatting position, and did you include your own pics to show how this would have deliberately missed the BB as I already advised you to do?
What did your MP and the DVLA say?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

How would I know these people are scammers I personally never heard of them and never thought they will decline my appeal as it was obvious.Coupon-mad wrote: »OMG. That was worse than daft. You HAVE exposed your credit rating...why?

If I give them my address they will proceed with court proceedings won't they?0 -
