I have a different problem having spent sometime getting all the info together my first 4 attempts to apply just locked out with no explanation. Today I tried a final time, and at least this time it highlighted the mobile phone number (i don't own one, so use my landline if allowed) This is increasingly becoming a problem, but i wish companies would display - *WARNING Mobile Phone required* before you go through the often lengthy process of completing the application0

How long was it before your deposit showed on your account?
I have just opened a raisin account and i sent a £1000 deposit over about 4 hours ago, but so far not showing up, it normally shows in minutes with faster payments.
I will not add anymore yet until i speak to them tommorow0 -
Just noticed on the raisin site that it can take up to 3 days before a deposit is settled
and showing in my account, i wanted to send a larger follow up deposit but a bit nervous until i see the £1000 initial deposit showing first.0 -
I have opened a account with Raisin and have been trying to phone them since Monday. The number 03301 220200 simply does not ring or connect. I am not going to fund my account as this seems very dodgy.
I tried to phone them today to see what customer service was like, and each time got the message advisors all busy and leave a message to get back to you.
That was over a 6 hour time span.0 -
Not to impressed so far with raisin, i am registered but still have to login twice before i can see transaction's/ details etc.0

So nothing lost by taking a wait and see approach. But I still have capacity in my 3% current accounts and I doubt I'll see anything as good as that in short term FRS accounts for the foreseeable future.

Well the wait and see approach has worked. I've just been offered £10 to upgrade my account.

Probably having such a poor take up that they have to 'bribe' us. Be interesting to see if those that had already committed have had same offer.
I wasn't bothered either way and was going to leave it...but hey for a free tenner each for the missus and me ..may as well opt in0 -
I too have recieved this £10 offer..i am yet to recieve my bonus but am inside 60days.
Should i accept the 10 or will this corrupt the incoming 50?
