I may be panicking a little bit, but this evening I received an email from Raisin stating they've "encountered an issue which has prevented us (Raisin) from processing your (my) payment", and for me to contact their customer services. By the time I received the email, their offices were closed.

I signed up for the account at the end of July and emailed the claim in good time. I have remained patient since :).

Hopefully this is just a clerical issue and will be resolved when I call them tomorrow. Just wondering if anybody else received the same email?

Me too. Their call centre just goes to voicemail.
Hopefully they will call back. >.>

Same thing here. I did manage to call them earlier this morning and they informed me that they attempted to make a payment to my account, but was apparently rejected by my bank.

I contacted my bank and they found no reason why it would be rejected and to ask Raisin to attempt the payment again.

I have not been able to get in touch with Raisin since. :(

I received my £50 from raisin earlier in the week, it took about six weeks from account opening and was paid in to my nominated account with a follow up greeting email from raisin and I didn't contact them at all while waiting so all went to plan. Cheers raisin:T

Received mine in a timely manner and even paid me the £50 twice. Brilliant company.

Not received mine yet, but hopefully soon.

Only just looked at this thread, was rather bemused by some of the talk that MSE wasn't recommending them as such - this site often uses the word "best" and "best buys" - with such headings like "Our best buys" etc, it's extremely hard not to take that wording as anything other than a recommendation.

Payment appeared on my online statement this morning , which is unusual as I've never before seen a company that issues a payment over the weekend.

+1 for the Raisin appreciation camp
  • Update -
I received the payment even though it was late. I had a phone call from them apologising and appreciate that it was beyond the 60 day window they stated.

Back in my good books now
