You're safe esmy.:D Cottage cheese counts as protein on EESP days. I love the stuff and as I've been avoiding a JP at lunchtime, like you, I use it as a salad dressing too.

It's one HEA and 2 x HEB on EESP.:)

Just had to tell someone, this weekend my weight loss pushed me down from being classed as "obese" into just "overweight" (i.e. BMI now below 30) - so that's something to celebrate.

I have been dropping weight since I had a back operation in November (badly slipped disc, needing trimming, not something I'd recommend to anyone) and it also put my legs out of action so I have been doing a lot of walking to build up and stretch out my leg muscles. Then I decided that it would probably be better for my back long term if it wasn't carrying about so much lard all the time, and so I dropped my food intake (nothing too drastic, just smaller portions and lower calorie options on my buzz-ping meals).

At xmas 2017 I was 125kg, now I am at 104.4kg so good progress, no hard set goals and timelines, just changing things to see how I can get on, but roughly speaking weight wise my targets would be to get down to overweight (done) to get to below 100kg (not far away) and then possibly think about getting into the "correct weight" range, but that will mean dropping almost as much as I've already lost all over again, so I am not going to pressure myself too hard on that one.

    Well done :T

@bubbs - those scotch eggs look great. Did you wrap a boiled egg in sausage meat (SW sausages?) then in breadcrumbs?

    Good Luck everyone
Stoke, no i use 5% pork mince , season with salt and pepper, few garlic granules and mixed herbs, you def need to season as i mde that mistake the first time, they were so bland:o
Then i roll in instant mash then spray with fry light and bake in the oven on a wire rack.
The mash id officially a tweak but i never count a tweak, never have done hth
