I'm real happy about that although expecting a gain next week as I will be up to my neck in cake tomorrow evening as I will be making ds birthday cake ready for Thursday and then Chinese on Sunday (his choice).
    Today will be
B hard boiled egg, cereal, yog, peach
L ham salad with soya beans and glass noodles, watermelon
D jacket pot and b beans
    S cereal bar

Bubbs those scotch eggs look lovely I must try them, I'm assuming the instant mash is used dry like breadcrumbs?

Morning in all. Few days off line for me.

Well done Sky, Vixstar, GTQ, curl girl and sirens on your losses and TIE and MSM on your sts.
Hugs GTS, Poohsticks, Tete, Tweets and Majorica on your gains.

Thank you Chris for the chart.

SunshineMummy, totally feel for you with the mother worries. We have similar, though not as far down the line worries about the MiL. It can be quite draining.

Welcome Giggling Goat. We are a very friendly and supportive group.

Sky, hope you get good news about remission soon. SW does have to take a back burner through cancer treatment. It's why I haven't really lost any weight in the last year. Treatment really isn't that kind to the body.

My few days offline was caused by my daughter this time. My health is improving with the dropping temperatures and the doc keeping a close eye on stuff.
Daughter has managed to injure her knee again, so spent 4 hours at A&E with her the other evening, and now I have a kid on crutches again, nicely for the start of the summer holiday. It's going to be fun keeping her entertained!

Anyway, weigh in for me tonight. Don't expect it to be great, because not kept to plan very well, and also TOM which always effects me, but I'm going to go and see what the scales say, and start a new week with hopefully a bit more motivation, and no more unplanned hospital trips (although there are a number of planned ones)

Wasn't on line yesterday - only time I've travelled 10 hours and stayed in the same time zone lol

Thanks ChrisV for the chart & well done Sky for SOTW.

    Welcome Paul & Gigglinggoat

Hope your daughter isn't in too much pain Kathrynha...a friend's son managed to break his arm just before the start of his summer holidays years ago - poor kid had to sit on the sidelines whilst everyone else was in the pool that year!

Yesterday was damage limitation day - I did have a sandwich & a packet of crisps for lunch (hate paying motorway service prices so went shopping before we started the journey) and then munched on fruit for tea.....drank lots of water as well which I was pleased about.
