    Morning all,

Reporting in with a STS this week. Bit too much sweet stuff creeping in again. Far too much actually:o

Don’t know what’s happened to me, I used to crave savoury things and didn’t really have a sweet tooth at all!

Good luck this week to everyone:)

New Week, New Start..... free of a certain football tournament which has been sabotaging my diet for a while now.

@bubbs - those scotch eggs look great. Did you wrap a boiled egg in sausage meat (SW sausages?) then in breadcrumbs?

    Good Luck everyone

Just had to tell someone, this weekend my weight loss pushed me down from being classed as "obese" into just "overweight" (i.e. BMI now below 30) - so that's something to celebrate.

I have been dropping weight since I had a back operation in November (badly slipped disc, needing trimming, not something I'd recommend to anyone) and it also put my legs out of action so I have been doing a lot of walking to build up and stretch out my leg muscles. Then I decided that it would probably be better for my back long term if it wasn't carrying about so much lard all the time, and so I dropped my food intake (nothing too drastic, just smaller portions and lower calorie options on my buzz-ping meals).

At xmas 2017 I was 125kg, now I am at 104.4kg so good progress, no hard set goals and timelines, just changing things to see how I can get on, but roughly speaking weight wise my targets would be to get down to overweight (done) to get to below 100kg (not far away) and then possibly think about getting into the "correct weight" range, but that will mean dropping almost as much as I've already lost all over again, so I am not going to pressure myself too hard on that one.
(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)

I do hope you enjoyed all your syns beanie. There's nothing worse than using up syns on something that's not worth it.

    Afternoon everyone.

Congratulations Sky on SOTW -you've smashed your target 2 weeks in! Well done to all the other losers, and the triers.

I had a lovely few days away last week and don't seem to have gained anything at all. I'm a bit suspicious of that because although I ate well in SW terms, I discovered rhubarb and ginger gin...where has this been all my life?? So I thought I'd have a couple of speed days this week, just in case a gain is storing up for this week. I never got my head around speed days and think I've ruined today's plan by putting cottage cheese on a salad as dressing. Tonight we're having sweet chilli baked salmon with stir fried veg so that should be OK with syns for the sweet chilli sauce. Can someone remind me what the rules are for HEBs on speed days? I've not planned any today but will save it for supper time.

I'm a bit late responding but I've maintained for 3 months by having an extra HEB per day, still keeping an eye on syns, weighing every week (at home) and a bit more relaxed about eating out/drinking. My meals are pretty much as they were when I was losing. Hope the World Cup hasn't done too much damage!
