Yay! Thanks bubbs . I'm glad I bought the syn free one!:D Hope we like it.

Hope picky tea goes well. :D

Well done gts :T That's quite an achievement. Have a good evening. :)

I've got Bolognese in the SC as HM ready meals were looking a bit thin on the ground. Also a big pot of Delia's braised red cabbage in the oven as that's always a good extra side of Speed. It wasn't too much hard work either as I had lots of veg prepped in the freezer that I'd done not to waste anything before my holiday. :)

    Morning all!

Sorry to hear you've been struggling in the heat Kathrynha, take care of yourself and make sure you're eating and drinking enough.

Well done on climbing Ben Nevis GTS! Facebook Memories told me this week it's 7 years since I did the Three Peaks ... couldn't do it now, can barely climb the stairs without getting out of breath :o

Reporting a 2lb gain please Chris. Total self sabotage, no other reason. I guess going through the motions at work as I wait for my contract to end isn't helping. I either want a permanent job or I want to be off and at home doing something useful.

I've got into a groove of having the same things at work each day which I enjoy (HEB granola and mullerlight as breakfast/morning snack, something healthy and salady for lunch, and a homemade fruit salad pot in the afternoon) so I'll continue that, and plan some of my favourite SW meals for the evenings (and stop buying several multipacks of 'SW' crisps (Skips, Pufts, Quavers...) telling myself I'll have one bag a day when I know I won't stop until they're all gone and I've got a salt headache).

    Plan for today:
B - Sugar Puffs (HEA and HEB)
D - LM sausages, mushrooms, boiled eggs
T - Chicken, new pots, salad
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Sugar Puffs
Syns - Sugar in coffee, maybe a bit of extra milk depending how much coffee/tea I drink.

Off to make a meal plan and start again....

I read that as you weighed on the way up Ben Nevis! :rotfl:

You could try wedges with your dress. Much easier to walk in than killer heels and good if you're near grass. It's something Waity Katie does.

Apparently Kate's been told not to wear wedges when with the queen, as Liz doesn't approve of them!

    Morning all.
Weigh in for me today, however I did wear a pair of croppies yesterday that were about 4" too small for me last year, so I should not moan too much later.

Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Morning all! I joined group yesterday and had my first weigh in... could've been worse, I've been heavier in the past! I go away in 12 weeks so purchased a 12 week countdown, all sw friendly food in the fridge.. excited to get going!

    Yesterday: Brunch: Tuna Niçoise salad
Dinner: Spanish chicken and bean one pot with a mahoosive
    salad
Supper: 4 ryvita (B) with 3 dairylea triangles (A) with wafer thin
ham, lots of cucumber and tomato.
Syns: ended on 10.5, mainly for tsps of sauce and dashes of
milk in tea... 7 for 175ml red wine!

Cooking a gammon joint as I write, that will be meals for next few days to take to work, will have with veg or salad...

Today: HExA/B will be same as yesterday as I really enjoyed that
Scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach
Working tonight so I'll take a Tupperware box of the chicken
    and beans
Syns: dashes of milk, hifi bar (3) packet of space raiders (3)

Well I braved the weigh in.

    -2.5lb

Was annoyed with myself for being greedy the first week of the challenge, so I didn't bother weighing in last Sunday ......

Aldi was out of Lamb Rogan Josh yesterday so I bought one of their Slimfast (?) curries instead. Needless to say it doesn't appear on syns online. I know poohsticks uses them so they can't be too synful:D. I'll count it as free until I hear otherwise.;)

It's Slimwell. We used to really like their bolognese ragu, which made a great easy meal with courgetti, but it looks like they've stopped doing it. We've got the chicken saag in the freezer but haven't tried it yet.

I haven't tried their tikka masala as we like the SW one and manage to stretch one packet across the two of us so it's better value.

I don;t understand why some of the syn values come out so high as in general there are direct comarisions with SW brand meals and the Slimwell ones are both lower in calories and cheaper, but hey ho !

I'm getting a bit fed up with ALDI - it;s a 40 mile round trip for us and we made the trip last week hoping to stock up on lamb rogan josh but they only had one - which is one more than the last couple of times we've been ! I wish they'd realise that it;s far mre popular than the prawn bhuna and not package them half and half ....

Well done beanie! You've got to eat enough to put on 0.5lbs. Stick at it!!:D

Good to hear you're off the blocks B17c. :T

Obviously you have to eat up what you've got in but other cheese triangles are available.;) You'd get 6 Extra Light Laughing Cow for a HEA so you could split it, use 3 and then have lots of milk left for your drinks.

If you like Marmite, you could spread that on Ryvita and then pile on the cucumber and tomato. That'd be free. Or I like some horseradish sauce spread thinly and then topped with smoked salmon trimmings and cucumber. Just ideas to keep the syns low.:)

I've portioned up the Bolognese and red cabbage for the freezer. I think I'll do some savoury mince next week (I just love topgirl's recipe:drool:) so then I'll have more choices for quick, easy meals.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie omelette with pickles (again:o)
D: HB steaks (with onions and mushrooms), SW roasties, various Speed (cauli, broccoli, kale, carrots, red cabbage)
    Syns: weekend wine :D
