So I weighed in Saturday, really stupid thing to do as it's not really in sync with my schedule. +4lbs on after eating lunch. Not good.
I weigh in again today, and suspect it'll be -2 to -4 or around that, so basically a maintain.
Anyway, onwards and upwards, good luck this week everyone0 -
Oh well, I'm back, hoping the damage isn't too bad, just looked at the board, I truly hope that I manage to stay closer to my target loss for this challenge than go backwards. Will catch up later, hope all doing well.A smile costs little but creates much0

Finally caught up on all your posts. Well done to all the losers.
Beanie, hope your back, elbow and hand are all okay now. You are as bad as my daughter, although we did manage a weeks holiday without any trips to A&E.I agree about enjoying SW food. I find that even when I'm eating out I really don't want the junk food. There was a time when I felt that by 'choosing wisely' I was missing out. I don't crave pies or pasties or fish in batter any longer. I wish restaurants could make SW chips though and that booze didn't have so many syns!:rotfl:
I keep intending to make myself some SW frozen oven chips. I've experimented with them (parboil as usual, cool and open freeze) and they do work. I can't remember if I sprayed with frylight then or before cooking or both. It might help you if your DH needs to take over in the kitchen again.
Agree with the enjoying SW food. I week off plan and I have been craving healthier food.
Plan to try doing the frozen oven chips once I have made some space in the freezer, as my lot do prefer chips to wedges, but wedges are so much quicker after a long day at work. You could always put your meat in a freezer bag with marinade when you have time and freeze it until a later date. If making in slow cooker can add frozen or defrosted, nalthough I much prefer to defrost and brown a bit beore cooking.Zebras rock0 -
Well done Mahorica on being SOTW. Thanks as always to Chrisv for doing the chart.
I'm sure that gain will come off as quickly as jt went on Stoke.
Glad you had a good holiday Kathrynha and no trips to A&E needed wiyj your DD.
Just at the start of my 2nd week's holiday and tbe weather is much better today, really warm. Just had a walk around the village and the temperature was showing as 27 degrees - not sure it's that accurate though, think it's probably nearer 24 or 25. Much better than the last couple of days of greyness and showers.
Not sticking to plan really although trying to makr sure at evening meals are on plan and breakfast is most days, usually something with eggs or Weetabix.
Tonight we're having pork steaks, roast potatoes, roast onions & peppers and a green veg but not sure what yet. Probably a splash of gravy. Plus of course the obligatory red wine with dinner:D.

Hi all
Had an interesting holiday. Not as relaxing as I'd hoped, but it was good. Been rather off plan whilst away, although tried to keep my speed up.
Weigh in tonight and expecting a gain, but that's the sign of a good holiday.
Very true!:D I do find it hard to have enough Speed when eating out. Salads are the best alternative but not always what I want tor even available.:(So I weighed in Saturday, really stupid thing to do as it's not really in sync with my schedule. +4lbs on after eating lunch. Not good.
Hopefully it was just the lunch Stoke and all will be well. I always try to get to a morning group although I do have breakfast before I go. I suppose I'm lucky as that's not an option for some people. Although there are groups round here that meet at 7.30.a.m.:eek:Just at the start of my 2nd week's holiday and tbe weather is much better today, really warm. So envious. I really miss travelling to France. We must fit in a trip this year. Where are you?:)Not sticking to plan really although trying to makr sure at evening meals are on plan and breakfast is most days, usually something with eggs or Weetabix.

I think France can be poor at Speed with restaurant meals and the frites and dauphinoise don't help!
I've had a lot of Weetabix lately as they're so easy because no measuring needed. DH always makes breakfast here and I think it would be a step too far to ask him to weigh cereals.
I didn't have any syns in the end yesterday. Instead of adding Parmesan to the mash, as planned, I stirred through some cottage cheese....and carrots and kale and spring onions. Very tasty, surprised most of it got to the table.:rotfl:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB overnight oats with red berries, HEA milk for drinks
L: fried eggs, mash, tomatoes, mushrooms, courgette, spring onion, gherkinsChicken Terriyaki stir fry with noodles
Syns: noodles 10 -
Afternoon All
Checking in with a small loss of -1lb
Am dead pleased though, as although it's taken just short of a year I've finally hit my 3 stone loss. Still have a fair way to go but I'm pleased non the less. Celebrated by cleaning the house! ( dd under the weather so we decided to stay home, might go out tomorrow if she's feeling better)
Today
B skipped
L boiled egg salad sandwich (hexb)
D lo lemon chicken pasta ( free)
Might have some cheese later for hexa and probably something sweet in the evening so unsure on syns yet.
Have a good day xx'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Well done majorica on SOTWI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
Weight loss 3 stone0 -
Just lost the post I'd typed so trying again!
We're currently parked up in Ligny en Barrois in the Lorraine region. We've had a look around a boat which is moored up just in front of us. It looks great but I just don't see myself travelling by boat.
Really enjoy travelling around France, although the bread is very much off plan! Means I have a lot of work getting rid pf the weight when I get home:rotfl:
