Hi all,
Not a great week for me, it’s a PLUS 1 for me.
Too much going on, not enough self control or structure equals me eating rubbish.
Really gotta get back in control and focus on sticking to the plan. For today though, I’m feeling quite under the weather so not sure what is on the menu. I’m resting up and doing very little. Seriously need to recharge.
Hope others are doing better than me xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

Nah - hubby who has to design the drainage layout has said there's no way soakaways are going in on that site so that's a bullet I've well & truly dodged.
Have fun on the site - think of all that stretching & bending toning you up!
This morning started off well instead of the usual camping breakfast of crumpets dripping in butter I had my cereal, fruit & yogurt but when we got to the site we're staying at weekend I had two beers & crisps so have to pull it back now.
Got a home made chilli for tea tonight and think I'll have the
sparkling water instead of wine ....save that for tomorrow.
Has anyone heard from Stoke?
Hope you're feeling better soon TIE.0 -

Well done on the bullet dodge!
I have been carrying loads of stuff from the garage to the house, mainly the things for the kitchen that will go in the garage, and about 30 rolls of insulation.... it just needs the last few bits moving and then it is ready for the plasterers..... I just need to find some good ones!100 -
It's a really miserable, wet day here.:(
The plus side is that i's perfect for comfort food.:D
While I was prepping dinner last night I did some swede and carrot mash. I made three dishes, so one for today and two for the freezer. I like a Parmesan crust on top but as I won't use much HEA today then it'll probably be syn free.
I'm going to do a few more JPs in the oven with the pork and freeze most of those. I found the last lot very successful, just a few minutes to heat up in the microwave and a much tastier skin.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, overnight oats with red berries, HEA milk for drinks (and Parmesan).
L: JP with beans, bacon, mushrooms, courgettes and spring onionJO roast pork, SW roast potatoes and BNS, swede & carrot mash, kale, broccoli, red cabbage
Syns: HM gravy 4? wine syns:).0 -

Afternoon all.
Congrats to all the losers, commiserations gainers, oh and welcome to all newbies! Appalling weather here too - I confess to sneaking the heating on, just to test it of course...the upside is I've made a vat of my favourite cauli and horseradish soup for lunches. I do find SW easier in the cooler weather.
Well my 1lb gain from funeral/holiday is proving very stubborn although I admit I haven't been on it 100% for the last couple of weeks. We go away again in two weeks time so I'm planning for it to be gone by then. To keep me on the straight and narrow, I'll post my menus here!
Today:
B - Oat pancakes with strawbs, FF greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey
L - Cauli soup, 2 tangerines
D - LF sausage and mash with carrots cabbage cauli and a splash of gravy
Has anyone had a look at the new SW recipe book, think it's called Take Five?? I'm wondering whether to ask my SW mate who still goes to group to get it for me. I've seen photos of some meals made from it and they look good.
Take care everyone0
