Bubbs - these were posted on our group's Facebook page & must admit I'm looking forward to trying these.
Joedenise- I hadn't thought of doing that !
Well the soakaway test didn't happen today.....got to site & the men started to dig the pits for the test only to find that there was so much clay that hubby called off the test ....in fact water was collecting in the pits before we even added any.
We ended up walking along the coast before the rain came so we had a lot more body magic than I expected.
Food wise I was relatively good - had cereal with yogurt & fruit for breakfast & a curry for tea.
Not going to indulge in wine tonight - saving it for tomorrow night.0 -

So all week I have been saying to OH that I am fed up of not doing anything on a weekend........ he has proposed that we go to the building site and clean up. Note to self keep mouth shut!
Food
Breakfast - all bran, FF yog, and berries.
Lunch - carrots - lots of carrots.
Tea - mince, veg, chopped tops, pasta
strawberries, FF yog, orange
Syns - some rice cake/chocolate from Aldi or Lidl - 90+ calories so 5 syns.100 -
Well done, SIRENS, Sunflower, Vixstar, Sky and bubbs.
My SC roast beef recipe is quite like yours, gts. I make it with brisket and I don’t use oil but I do use red wine (the only time I have alcohol is in a recipe!). I don’t bother with browning it.
beanie, you need to get wrapped up in cotton wool! I hope you’re not too badly hurt.
Hiya, chocolatelover93, pleased to meet you.
