Things have slowed right down to a near halt with the kitchen in the last couple of weeks but yesterday it started again and I now have a sink - which also means I have a dishwasher too:j dont know how I ever did without a DW - getting the glasses remotely clean by hand was really hard.

So here is my lovely new sink

In the mean time I have been keeping the builders busy so I now have loads of bits and pieces done in the house:D Kitchen should be done in the next couple of weeks so I will make sure full coverage is on OS:D

Today I am doing a few worky bits then its off to chose a hall stairs carpet (more money:eek: )

I am a Halloween lover even though I dont have the sprogletts - in fact I would be really upset if the littleys didnt come round. Candles, pumpkins sweets the lot here:j I do however stop answering after a certain time as I believe its wrong for the teens to go round it can be really quite scary and intimidating im sure for the older peeps. I guess the reason I love it is living in a small close its only the kids I know that come so I am happy to join in the fun with them and we are also lucky in that we dont get the "trick" side of the day.

Anyway on that note id best top up the sweety bowl as I have been testing them to check they are ok for the kids:rotfl:

Haribo - luckily I had finished my coffee before seeing your post.

Many Thanks for the best wishes for OH. He is still asleep at the moment so hopefully the pain has subsided a little. Apparantly kidney stones are as painful as childbirth.

Only been in a while and had loads of phonecalls so just about to start some housework, have done my urgent paperwork so no excuse really. Made the mistake of taking my sister to the shops with me and she likes to slowly walk around and look at everything, good thing she did though as she took so long to make up her mind about a Halloween costume that by the time she had decided Asda had reduced it to half price - all their costumes are reduced to 50% today in case anyone needs one.

Really should get on now.

not much going on when I finish work going to try and make carrot cake which I found on a thread here and some of twinks biscuits and put the BM on going to get back into making bread daily fed up with paying steep prices for bread at moment then it going off after a couple of days
