    Good Morning All

Had rough night sleep, but then again I didnt go to bed until late.
I stayed up and watched Most Haunted Live, they was at a local site, Bolsover Castle. Myself & DD went there a few months back on a school trip. It was good!

DD was up early, she was excited about her school trip today!
OH got job interview later for temp work over Xmas.
My back is aching slightly, so must take it easy!
Chicken, bacon & mushroom in campbells mushroom soup, with pasta tonight for dinner.

moiliere - the arrangements will soon fall into place. Will the service be held in Cyprus?
mrs mix - great news about DD & DS! Totally agree with trick or treating. My 2 wont be out tonight. But I think we get any knockers, I'll ask them for a treat!
Dlb - you kept that 1 quiet about DH and job!
Essex Girl - (((hugs to OH))), he must be in a lot of discomfort!
Tru - like the pumpkin! :rotfl:
Scuzz - contact him now, get it over & done with!

Right, best be off & get ready for work
    Take Care
    Love Emma xxx

    Morning all

Hugs to all the poorly ones this morning and one of Shez's freshly baked croissants to the rest of you (well we've got to see if she's worthy of being on OS :p )

DD's will be going trick or treating tonight - DH is taking a group of about 8 of them - the Dads take it in turns each year - they'll only visit friends houses as we have a lot of older people in the village and I'd never let them go alone.

Plans for today include mucking out DD1s room and packing as much as I can. Packing all the bathroom bits and bobs and giving the bathroom a really good, deep clean and cleaning behind the TD and DW (yuck).

Made chicken and turkey soup last night which was lovely got about 8 portions for the freezer so must sort that today and make some pizza dough for tea.

Hope you all have a wonderous day.

  • Morning fellow witches :hello: :D:p

Nice to see so many gathered round the cauldron on our special day. :p:D

Aussie.....enjoy your "alone time" with OH ;)

Catowen.....I'm in the same boat at the mo re money. I hope things pick up soon. x

Tru.....the bill to fix my screen is on its way. Making me spit my coffee out like that. Honestly....:T :rotfl:

    Scuzz....Call him!!

Pen pen....You should set up a sideline as a relationship guru. ;):p:D

Pink.....Hope you're feeling better today (she's a bit poorly folks)

Mrs Mix...Well done your two on charming the teachers and doing so well. :D

DlB...Cngrats on OH's new job.

Well I've just recovered from last nights activites (no, not that kind Aussie) But I promised the girls lots of halloweeny type activites. So I baked gingerbread pumkins and bats, carved two pumkins, and cut out lots of scary shapes for their room walls. The key word here is I. The little toads boogered off to watch telly and left me to it.

Kitchen was bombed and is again this morning as I have the pumpkin flesh roasting for soup, I have a cauli simmering for more soup, another chicken stock on the go and a sausage and bean casserole in the SC.
I've stripped all the beds and need to clear the ironing basket again.
Other than that I need to pop to the bank, clean the bathroom and get the girls costumes organised for their party tonight. The local community council lay on a free do for the kids at the leisure centre and it's fab! No one here seems to go in much for Trick or treating so for that I am grateful. ;)

    Have a good day all.

Am working from home today - always get loads more done here than at work, as no interruptions. (I also get to post on here - tee hee!)
WM finished, BM on, kitchen pulled together - and yes, about one hour's worth of school paperwork done too - and it's only half past nine!
'Fraid I'm not a Halloween fan at all, glad it wasn't nearly such a big thing when my boys were growing up. Pity we can't find a way to make tomorrow (All Saints Day) fun too! Still DGD will be one year old tomorrow, so for me that's great! Can't believe the way this year has flown by!
Essexgirl - my DH had kidney stones years ago and always said the pain was the worst ever, so loads of sympathy to your OH.
(((HUGS))) to all who need one today.
Ah well, better tackle the next school task now!
    Resolution:
    Think twice before spending anything!
