I'd ring them regardless of no show email............

So the best BT fibre broadband offer for prospective price rise leavers is £19.99 per month for an 18 month contract - is that exclusive or inclusive of line rental? is that a variable rate [ I'm sick of swapping ]
    - ? cheapest way to do line rental with BT? if it's pay in advance for 18 months are there refunds if you leave for price change reasons?
Vodafone offering free line rental for 18 month fibre broadband contracts?
They all do 'free' line rental, all the prices you see now include line rental and broadband, and yes, they can increase the price. People seem to be getting fibre and landline for £23.99.

Inclusive BB and Line Rental is xx .
Pay the ALR and it knocks about 10% off the LR cost .
Pay ALR before price increase saves as well .

I too have still not received a price increase notification, did get an email advising that my call recogition was coming to an end and would be £1.75 till October 2018....very confusing email. So I cancelled call rec.

I also spoke with BT about not getting an email advising of price increase, and asking why I have not been sent one.
Was told they are staggering them to elevate too much customer calls to the call centers!! Anyone else been told this.

I told them that I was waiting the email so as to look at all my price options....and possibly move....was told they felt they would certainly be able to offer me a better deal than present.
Will have to be good as Sky offering a great deal to TV customers

I find it strange some on here had there emails in late June and here I am 21 July and nothing, have broadband phone and sportlite.

Still no notification on any price increase, using your link it does say I will have an increase.

I am slightly worried that they don't notify me,say they did and I miss my chance to haggle or leave.

How long should I leave it before making contact?

I was told I had to wait till I received the email before I could ask to leave.

Got the email a couple of days ago about these increases. At the moment i'm heavily discounted till January. My current total per month is £44.49 for Fibre 1 unlimited, Landline with unlimited weekend, Entertainment Plus, Kids Extra and BT Sport.

Looks like my bill will increase by £6.50 and up to £51 in September.

Gave them a call and got a guy in loyalty who told me i could keep everything i have now for about £39 give or take....forgot to ask him about length but i'm guessing 18 month again.

My only issue is reliability and speeds as my speeds have dropped since i moved from Sky Fibre years ago.....i know i know before you say it but i've had multiple engineers out who can find no fault....i've stayed because of the heavy discounts they've kept giving me.

On quidco, Sky have a 'fairly' similar deal at the moment for £40 with £115 back over 18 months.

I think i'll probably stay put again because i think the only thing i can put down to the speeds slighly slowing is demand and i'm a country mile from the exchange and i would see the same speeds with Sky now. Does seem strange that when moving to BT all these years ago the speeds slightly dropped as i moved from Sky Fibre to Infinity so there really should have been no issues at all

    Inclusive.

You can chose to purchase Annual Line Saver rental, which reduces the charge by £18.99 per month and lasts for a 12 month period, for the cost of 11 months at £18.99 (£208.80).
    - ? cheapest way to do line rental with BT? if it's pay in advance for 18 months are there refunds if you leave for price change reasons?

BT's line rental saver is for a 12 month period, so I think it will be a case of 12 month's of line rental saver (or if already a BT customer, whatever is left of existing line rental saver) followed by paying monthly so as to align the end of line rental with end of broadband contract.

Pro-rata refund applies to Line Rental Saver if leaving for price-change reasons.

Doesn't really matter how the split between line rental and broadband is made, just total cost.

The Vodafone offer including £50 cashback worked out at £19.23 per month. BT at £19.99 p/m with additional saving due to Line Rental Saver worked out at £19.29 p/m for me (8 months left of Line Rental Saver).

Is line rental saver only for 12 months? That's a very good deal if you can get superfast by including line rental for £19.99. I got mine for £21.99 which I think it's a good offer for upgrading from basic bb.

ALR is 12 months . Then monthly charge unless you renew ALR .

I'm not sure why you'd find this so extraordinary, given how many customers they have it makes perfect sense from both BT's perspective and the customers. Can you not imagine the difficulty in getting in contact if they let everybody know in August? A very small percentage of their customers will find out about the rises before they get officially notified.
