  • Any idea when you nectar card points for using the card show up? You get 2 points per £1 spent in store and fuel, I've used it a few times, when does it sync with your nectar online account, or do they show on your statement? Thanks

    They definitely tell you the number of nectar points earned on each statement. Just checked my nectar card and you can see them being added each month to Nectar too.

    Made a complaint to SB about not being able to view statements. They credited £40 to the account and said that the issue had been fixed as of April. I can still not view statements and have sent them a screenshot of what appears when I try to.

    Thanks - are they added as one lump each month? I've checked my nectar card and nothing has been added, however this is a new card for me and I only get my first statement on 7th June.

    Yes, it's a lump sum and should be listed as Sainsbury's Bank.

    As a matter of interest did you recently receive replacement card(s)? This is when their website seems to fall apart for me.
