  • It doesn't appear to be a general issue, it wasn't working for me in June but has been fine ever since.

    Seems to be broken again for me. Can't view recent transactions.

    Seems to be working as normal for me.

    Slow. Unintuitive. Lacking transactions for cards that have been lost/replaced. But recents are available.

    So still normal here...

    This is turning into a joke. I still can't see or search recent transactions. And today I can't download my latest statement! All I can see is the balance, and that does not match my expectations.

    Look forward to getting a letter off them telling you they're forcing you into paperless statements unless you change it back, and when you go online to do so, you'll find that "you're still on paper statements..."

    I can view recent transactions, but unable to generate any full statements... Hope it gets fixed soon.

  • They've changed to paperless statements this month. I've had the email saying I can view my statement online, but their system keeps crashing. Obviously they haven't allowed for the sudden spike in traffic on their website. Wish I'd kept to paper now - I can't view my latest statement at all.
