"Only an agent with a serious lack of integrity would agree to such a thing. Are you sure your colleague didn't say this because of the wild valuation they gave?"
Why? As other posters have said, it's a TV programme! The 'developers' know that the agents are being told what to say, so how are they demonstrating a lack of integrity? They are being 'employed' by Property Ladder, and as such, have a duty to act on their wishes....
Ps. have got to agree with you about the Queen Been....0 -

I hope the fee was worth it. Why a proffesional would let 30 pieces of silver persuade them to say something that they don't believe in is something I can't get my head around though.cheltenhamgirl wrote: »Ps. have got to agree with you about the Queen Been....
Are you trying to get on my good side you little minx?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Property Ladder do their own research, and then give the agents a figure....(at least that's what i've been told)....
). Whereas they might have been trying to get the one who said £825,000 (was it?) to up his estimate.
What always bugs me about "Property Ladder" is that all these "amateur" developers are professional quality House Stagers.A house isn't a home without a cat.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

God yeah.
The guy who carved up that chapel was Mr Bland. Then there's the loudest, most flowery sofa with cushions to accessorise that just lands in the living room. Was there a baby grand piano too or something? He didn't put those there!
There are touches that I can't believe an amateur developer would add. Who do you know with glass doors leading from their living room to kitchen?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

There was someone on here ages ago that said that suppliers try to get product placement. In fact, they do have a suppliers list on the C4 website, I'm sure.
If I weren't so lazy, I'd look to see if the glass doors were mentioned from that program. Oh, and the assurdly expensive 'boiling water' tap. :wall:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
