    So one agent values the first place at 390, the second agent values the same place at 475!

    It's on with three agents at £450,000 now - seems the higher one was a bit out! If the publicity doesn't sell it now, nothing will!

    I had almost identical valuations on my house and I thought that was embarassing, but if you can't research possible values hard enough when you're on prime time channel 4?

    Never EVER use the word "research" when talking about estate agents.

    Estate agents need/have no training or qualifications. My dads CAT is better qualified to price houses than most estate agents.
