            Hi Monday Moneypennies,
Useful day on the frugal front tho was out of sorts with more frog-swallowing needing to be done, then a re-run later when the email bounced back. Sorted now.
*Overnight laundry on cheap tariff. Didn't get very dry outside but am now putting it bit by bit on bathroom towel radiator instead of fetching heated airer out.
*Cleared a veggie bed & planted out my final 2 squash plants. Fed all of them with free liquid plant food from worm composter.
*Rubber chicken excelled itself - 4 days of meals plus a foiled parcel of spare meat in the freezer & 3 cartons of stock.
*Updated grocery budget.
*Paid 7 x 50ps into my sealed pot.
*Leftovers for tomorrow's packed lunch.
*Sorted out voucher stash & got rid of out of date & silly ones.
*Got ahead of myself by meal planning for week beginning 10th June.
*Did a Prolific survey. Over £30 in my account now.
*Continue stitching gift.
*Skinned & blitzed some squishy tomatoes & froze. Will use instead of tinned ones.
*Decide how best to pay forthcoming legal bill. Boooo!

            Hi all,
Just back from latest holiday - just a cheapy 4 night break in a caravan at seaside but the kids loved it and all of the spends came from money i'd saved from previous weeks budgets so no additional outlay. Theyve offered us the same break next year for the same price so we've booked up again and nothing to pay until october.
Hey ho back to work, reality and frugaling.
:A bought shopping using Mr M voucher £15 off a £60 shop now have a reserve box of non perishables in the garage
:A £2.75 cashed out on surveys to debt pot
:A used lamb mince and store cupboard herbs to make fakeaway kebab instead of getting takeout
:A walked to nursery instead of driving
:A checked all survey sites and a few completed.
:A received free body wash to test and review
:A needed new curtain for rental property. Nearly bought sheer nets for £10, instead bought thick plain cotton fabric for £3 and will make some simple curtains and tart up with ribbon from my sewing box
:A found wrought iron curtain pole in back yard so cleaned up and reused
:A spoke to neighbours about broken fence - surprisingly both offered to contribute so cost me £120 instead of £400.

Had a sort-of NSD yesterday ( I did actually spend £4.90 on lots of very reduced chocolate cakes and cake bars, but they were for teas for the cricket club so I'll get it back and it would have been over £17 full price!) - I'm getting very good at popping into Mr T, checking out the reduced stuff and walking away if it's not too good an offer to miss

            Morning folks
The foraging was quite fun. Not as good as the drumming workshop but still good. Feeling a bit out of sorts today though as a friend was telling me about some problematic stuff she has going on. It involves people I know, although doesn't directly affect me, so I feel a bit anxious.
Hooray for Tuesday! I like Tuesdays. May or may not go out to fave caf! after work but need to think about how it dovetails with dinner. Timing is awkward.

            Hi June Penny-Jugglers
I'm planning on devoting today to pleasure to compensate for yesterday's car-wreck of a day. I woke up filling Miserable but am gonna fight the feeling for al I'm worth. Big hugs to anyone else who is being brave today.
Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Four:
* Checked online banking.
* Turned off alarm clock until tonight, it resets itself automatically.
* Clear emails.
* Breakfast was Omelette Avec Les Leftovers.
* DW has lost Tesco clubcard vouchers. Will download again and re-print.
* Bought an empty squirty bottle in the poundshops. Have filled it with cooking oil. Much cheaper than spending £2.30 on FryLight in Tesco.
* A kind friend gave up a code for Ordnance Survey maps online. We'll be walking today using the subscription.

            Hello Tuesday's thrifty folk,
Well, I'll have to start with a moan. I've hurt my back again....exactly the same time as last year, so it's clearly a result of overdoing the clearing of veggie beds, planting, etc. It actually took me 10 mins to get out of bed this morning, because the injured muscles hurt whichever way I tried to move them. Oh well, an easy day for me then, as before he left for work, mr f made me promise there'd be no 'garden heroics' today & frankly, I'm not up to it. Today's much reduced list:
*Make bread dough for pizza base & cobs (Done, on its 1st proving)
*Make packed breakfast & lunch for tomorrow (Half done)
*Rubber chicken for tonight's meal, as am making a Mexican-style pizza......I dice the chicken & coat it in home made fajhita spice, then it tops the pizza along with chillies, peppers, sweetcorn & whatever else is stashed in my odds & ends section of the freezer.
*Cut 1st home grown lettuce for tonight's salad - this will involve bending down extremely gingerly with both knees bent or I will be yelling out loud because of my damn back!
*Enter a competition (done)
*Check for surveys (done)
*Two loads of laundry pegged outside. Quite windy here, so am hopeful, but it isn't warm. Washer reloaded for final wash of the week to run on cheap overnight tariff.
*Stitch some more of the birthday present I'm currently working on.
*Yet more camera discussions with mr f tonight. He is having a new camera for his Big Birthday this year. Birthday not till the end of the year, but he likes gadgets so has been busy doing research. Naturally the camera he really wants appears to have just gone out of production & he reckons there are about 6 left in the country (?!?). I have said that if he defo want that model, then it is OK to buy it now, but that it will be put away for actual birthday. The replacement model is not getting such good reviews & he reckons it's made with cheaper materials. I have no idea as only take point & click pics on my phone. I do however, have a stash of vouchers saved up to use at camera-buying time & will use my CC to ensure more points for vouchers. Doubtless tonight will be 'Camera-related conversation #237'. Although he is now very good with money, he does like hobbies with kit. I may soon be forming a 'partners of the Camera-Obsessed' support group with Ally :-/
Right, that is my limit for a list today. Am currently sitting in conservatory with a hot water bottle on my sore back waiting for paracetamol to work, with a big pile of magazines to read, plus my book, knitting & sewing. My back did right itself last year, but it took both time & sensible behaviour. Boooooo to both!

            Foxgloves - that sounds painful!
You know yourself best, but if my back is sore I find that lying in "child's pose" helps. Also lying on my back and tucking my knees up to my chest gently.
xx
PS we are also supposed to be having pizza tonight but I usually make BBQ flavourLBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310
