The colours don't bother me as it's not like I'm keeping them!
Main road would be an issue, I want to reverse on driveway- can I do this safely would be my concern.
Also the price compared to others is off putting, even though one of its kind, it's still £50k more.0 -
Definitely dump the picture which makes it look like you live on a race track. What were the EAs thinking? If you had children you would take one look at that and move quickly on. The energy thing may not be doing you any favours either (and picture 7), Have you checked that the "energy thing" is correct, they are not known for their accuracy. Along the lines of the guy doing it can't tell a solid floor from a wooden floor. Whilst your decor would suit me just fine, most people like a splash of colour even if muted as it seems like you've 'opted out' in some way.
So basically dump pictures 5, 7 & 15's graphics & just leave it as the attachment. It is almost as if they are trying to advertise the worst bits.
Look for another EA, these are not working for you.0 -

Other posters seemed to think that Japan having emergency interest rates for 20 years was relevant.0 -
Well Crashy, your plan not to buy a house in Japan worked well it seems.
The other plan, not to buy one in the U.K. , was and still is, a car crash.0 -
Hi OP
My views - please don't take personally just giving my view if I was looking around for real.
I like the front of the house
Not sure why there is a pic of the road like that it's very odd
Don't like the floor tiles in the kitchen or the blue walls
Really don't like any of the dark such as curtan rails and the staircase I think would look better white.
The red sofas don't do the house justice they look awful (sorry)
The turquoise colour in the bedroom I really don't like either.
The red carpet is a shocker as is the purple wall!
The houses next to yours I don't like
I like the bathroom
I like the grass has just been mowed lol
It looks clean and tidy
Looks like a lot of decoration issues not so much the house itself0 -

I did well out of Japan focused investments in the late 80`s, and got out just before the big bust, so didn`t really need the illiquid invest...sorry house over there as well0 -
The Japanese housing market is very different to here anyway - they view properties as depreciating assets, replacing the actual houses every few decades.

Well they certainly did after the spectacular bubble and bust that they experienced..

..but you can be sure many people thought property only went up before that0
