It all looks very tidy, but the overall impression inside the house is dark and grey. Dark areas can be uninviting. If you continue to have nobody interested in a viewing - I'd lighten a couple of rooms to cream and or white. I'd look for light reflecting paints.
I'd also remove the red rug to show the more important wood floor.
Maybe two or more pot plants in the back garden to show that you enjoy being out there. You are selling a dream!
Have a google re selling a house/ decor. You might come up with some simple solutions, which don't cost the earth.
It is also a bit too stripped back. It's missing a few personal touches.

I also don't think the back garden pic does the garden any favours, its a big enclosed garden, perfect for kids and pets, so think I will ask them to redo those too.0

Any serious purchaser will not be put off by decor - you usually redecorate and/or renovate a house to your own taste anyway when moving in.
The important things are location and price. If you are miles from shops, schools, and you are more expensive than comparable properties, then you might struggle to attract viewers.
As others have mentioned, the weather has been poor recently and it's school holidays, so hopefully things will pick up soon. Good luck.0 -

I think decor can be a problem depending on the person, I can generally see past things whereas my husband isn't very imaginative and would look at a house based on the viewing, not how it could be0 -
I actually think the garden is the best feature, or at least what I can see of it.
While the house is clean and tidy, it seems to lack soul, character, personailty, and the colours are far too dark - sorry, the whole interior just reminds me of a fairly high spec Portakabin. The decor and furnishings make it look depressing and like no one is living there.
Afraid also the location with that long expanse of main road would put me off. It would be nice if the agent (or you?) could take some more flattering photos, after having neutralised some of that decor and maybe adding some plants, flowers, etc to brighten it up. Oh and definitely lose pic 5!0 -

But the thing is, a huge number of serious buyers *are* and I would bet that those who claim it makes no difference would expect to pay a much lower price.
If marketing and presentation were not important, businesses would not be spending billions on it.0 -

There will be a top price for you road. There is for every road. It is clear from the examples that if people have £170k to spend on a house they don't want to spend it on a house in the location where yours is.
Woodlands is a much cheaper area than Adwick le Street.

Cakeguts has it right, I think. Looking for 1/2 a mile round that postcode, 3-bedders go for £155k or so. Potential Billy Bunters are going to see those properties and think yours is 10% overpriced.
You have to decide what price you will take and then offer the house at whatever number secures that. If you'd take £150k for your hypothetical house there's no point asking £300k for it - you won't get £300k and you won't get £150k either, because buyers won't believe you'll come down 50%.0
