    It is a main road
  • Personally I would take the pics of the main road away. Hopefully your lovely house will out do the road x

You can see what they are trying to do regarding the road pic, which is show the nice view across the field. But all anyone looking at it is thinking is "blimey look at that road". I'd either remove or take from a higher vantage point to eliminate the road.

There is a stunning view over the field from the bedroom windows. You actually wouldnt get a view like it in many places in Doncaster.
  • I have an issue with traffic as I live on a main road and can!!!8217;t wait to move. However if I viewed a house and fell in love with it I might put up with the road. But if I saw that pic I wouldn!!!8217;t view. Not saying everyone is the same though.

I definitely agree that the road pic is Terrible. My husband said the same . I can see what the estate agent was trying to do, but think he failed miserably. Going to get him to re vamp the pics and maybe drop the price. Will keep you posted.
  • Good luck x

There is a floor plan on the the actual estate agents website and dimensions in feet and inches that are detailed in the brochure.

    Viewers won't know that ....
It's all extra time/hassle for "an unexciting house I'm really probably not interested in ... plenty more listings to go through yet".

You have to make it easy for people ... as easy as other houses are to quickly look/assess, in 30 seconds, "am I interested in this?"

To me, the only "good view" is one you can see from a sofa, while drinking a cup of tea... nobody's going to take the time to stand at the window for ages just looking at the view.... there are plenty more comfortable places to sit downstairs... and after the first 15 seconds you've seen the view now .... and after week 1 you don't even notice it's there at all.

While bad views aren't good .... most good views aren't worth the hassle of standing just to look (more than once). I don't like "views", they're over-rated as a "thing" that is just an illusion because, unless you can see it from the sofa, it's useless ...
