Always remember, your current situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come. How to begin:
Rebuilding life from within
Love yourself, unconditionally.
Release your bottled up emotions.
Make time for long walks, alone.
Avoid living beyond your means.
Nurture your inner strength.
Stop apologizing for being you.
Surround yourself with positive people.
Embrace your situation, whatever it may be.Stop apologizing. You don't have to say sorry for how you laugh, how you dress, how you do your hair, how you speak. You don't have to apologize for being yourself. Do it fearlessly.
It's time to accept, this is you and you have to spend the rest of your life with you. So start loving your sarcasm, your awkwardness, your weirdness, your unique sense of humour, your everything. It will make your life so much easier to Simply be Yourself.
My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -

Good morning,
Ordered Asda last night and the freezer etc is well stocked again. Made another salad for today's lunch but also have plenty of healthy lunches pre-cooked in the freezer for next week. Went for a great run yesterday and will go swimming today.
Light slip up yesterday on my 30 day no alcohol and stopping smoking (again) challenge. Bought DH some beers and then found half a bottle of Rose for me from last weekend and had some smokes, so first slip after 4 days. There, fessed up. But Rome wasn't built in a day and I can do it. New day today. Got a girly dinner out tonight but WILL abstain. But this month will not start with an SFD.
Passed on another RagBag to the school collection and will hopefully get another 2 filled over the weekend.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
