    Good Morning Lovely Peeps :hello:

Thanks for all the good advice concerning the body fat  :rotfl: crumbs what a fright!! You are right, there is no way I could be classed as obese. Thanks missyg for giving it a try too :j You've all made me feel tons better (hm! could have used a better analogy :D ). However, the upset didn't stop there - to take my mind off it all, MrP and I went to do some Christmas shopping as DD is demanding that we have Christmas crackers :o , I found a fabulous pack £4.99 for 12 (I told you I knew quality!!) but one of the contents was a whoopie cushion :j :j :rotfl: what fun :rotfl: but MrP (the miserable git:rotfl: ) wouldn't hear of it so we ended up buying a decent box (but no fun). So you see it was just a bad day ;) ...

...Suggs You're in a frisky mood :rotfl: lovely joke :j. I hope MrsSuggs feeling better today. I've never watched Trinny and Suzannah, do you have to strip off? Yes, please show your Amsterdam photo, hopefully efrieze will be able to help with a hosting site, but I'll search for one when I have time. Can you remember the name of the one that you used previously?...

...Granny I've never heard of Rigby and Peller, but I'll google it, if a bra fits properly then it's worth the money :T I was surprised about how much yours changed, did you feel better wearing it?...

...Hi froggy_girl128 and Welcome (back?) to our lovely bunch of losers. Try and stick to whatever plan you decide to follow - it's not the plans that fail us, but that we fail to follow them. We all have bad times, but if you admit to it, put it behind you and get back on with it then you're back in the right direction :j . Good luck and stay with us :j ...

...kpc What a good day you had yesterday, well done!! We won't let you leave us this year, because someone has your address now, :p so you'll be dragged back, kicking and screaming if necessary :rotfl: . Have a good day today too...

...I agree with SS on Christmas Eve too:j, however I must express my displeasure that bb has given you all my real name, naughty bb :naughty: believe me it's not easy living as Petunia Lavatera Sidebottom - Bucket :o , you can perhaps understand now why I prefer to be known as Flossy Hotknockers :rotfl: (lot more believable)...

...Now, let's see what today's festive picture is, ooh look

Photo bucket is a host photo place.https://www.photobucket.com

There is no way BMI of 18 is obese:eek: it so reminds me of when the lady outside Sainsburys wanted to sell me tablets for £25 a pot because she had measured my body fat and it was very high(then went to boots and measured it there and it was not at all:D ) BMI between 18 and 25 is considered normal, 25 plus over weight and over 29 obese that is what my docs have said and go by, mine is 20.6 and my docs are very happy with me, well not that happy because I smoke:rotfl: :rotfl: , I don't drink am no longer over weight but they still moan:rotfl:

Went to the school fair yesterday and ended up rowing with the candy floss man:mad: he was swirling his hands around inside the big candy floss making machine, scooping it up and putting it in the bag, I asked him why he was not wearing gloves for hygene, the man went mad, told me to go away, shouted, screamed and infront of my little one and all the others there told me to f...off:rolleyes: the whole school heard him, no one was impressed especially with the kids being around, no one said they heard me raise my voice just asking I was but he went mad with it and at the end of the fair was asked to not return:D

I still think he should have been wearing gloves, no one knows when the last time he went to the loo did he wash his hands?:rotfl: He said he was not handling food it is sugar:rotfl:

Ooh, hadn't thought of that Petrichor - I've got KPC's address so I can always go round with the heavies :rotfl:
Shame about the whoopie cushion, Mr P not into things like that I take it? Hope you have a better day today.
Still having not climbed back on the wagon properly, I decided to measure myself this morning. I wasn't expecting anything as I don't feel v different any more but I had lost almost 6 inches in total! I'll take that gladly thank you very much :D So even though the scales are only a little different since I last measured, something is actually happening, woo hoo! It is just the incentive I need to get going again - I would be so disappointed to put on what I've lost so far and really would like a little buffer to make Christmas less stressful. Still haven't done that menu paln as I got sidetracked by the state of the house yesterday but will do it today definitely. Delly has my permission to come round and tell me off if I don't :D
Off to work in a bit, another new class (Y8 this time) so better go and get ready. Have a great day everyone xx

Okay, so I have used photobucket (thanks Victory) to upload my 'before' photo - hopefully you can see it here. As I've said before, the only reason the bikini came out is because there was literally noone else on the beach! I would love to see other people's photos if they feel able to share them, especially those of you who have reached target, it would be inspirational to actually see your fantastic results. Sorry to anyone who's eating!:rotfl:th_India07550.jpg

    Morning all!

Glad you feel better about the body fat thing Petrichor, I think that one is seriously flawed. I did a different one, an estimated one which is based on averages and I came out as "lean", with less than half the body fat that the NASTY test was showing!

Victory, that man sounds like a horrible piece of work, and very worrying that someone so ignorant of basic hygiene standards would be allowed at a school (well, not anymore!) lol @ 'it's not food it's sugar' :rotfl:

Bails you brave girl posting your picture! I know this is the before picture but you look fab!!! Guessing this was in India - whereabouts? Have a good day at work, hope Y8 treat you well!

    Back in a bit...

Yes, Flossy Hotknockers, HUGELY better (from B to E, that's huge) and funnily enough also slimmer even though I wasn't.

Bails you look great in that picture! Are you sure that's before?

I'm suffering today from a nasty cold/cough despite such a massive intake of citrus fruit that I'm in danger of turning orange. I've just given in and had a lemsip. Does anyone know how many syns that would be? It's only 2.9g of sugar so I think it's negligible but as I've never really understood syns I'm not sure.

Goes off, sniffing, coughing and dripping.

Victory, you did right to say something, can't believe he acted like that. Phew, thank goodness sugar isn't food though, that means we can have as much of it as we like ;)

Grannynise, sorry to hear you're poorly and orange :D I have ginger, honey and lemon when I'm coldy, (almost) always works a treat, which is saying something with my immune system! Can't help you with the syns thing though, sure someone else can.

Thanks for the comments about the photo, and for wearing your rose-tinted specatacles to look at it:D - yes it was in India so it's September this year. If you look closely you can see I'm sticking out my tongue, it was properly excruciating to have it taken, even though it was my idea! I'm looking forward to being able to look back at it and think 'Wow, I've come a long way!' :D(BB, if you recognise me from all the photos the Dementor has of me on her mantelpiece ;) then don't tell her about my Patronus, I haven't perfected it yet :D)

School was great thanks, lots of SEN pupils in this class so a different challenge. I SO cannot wait to have my own classroom and tutor group and lessons (and stationery cupboard :rotfl:)

Oh also, now that I've put my photo up, can anyone help me out with which of Trinny and Susannah's 12 body types I am please? I can't decide! I have put weight on everywhere but especially around my middle which is apple I think but there are new shapes too... too many to choose from in fact!

Bails: Have a giraffe thats your before pic!!!! you look great there. Nice and womanly. To me your body shape looks hourglass to pear. somewhere in the middle. But im probably wrong :p
It would be quite cool to see what everyone looks like. I will post a pic if i can grab a full bodied one, if not it will be a graduation picture cos i still love em ha.

Back to my favourite topic, bras ha. B to an E? i love those people. Theres a girl in my college class and her boobs are HUGE and i cant tell you how i feel each day when i see her cos i just wanna get my hands on her and sort her breasts out. I should do online fitting and make a killing. But on a serious note a good fitting bra will make you look slimmer, especially if theyre big and have sagged a bit. Pulling them up and forward will really show off your waist.

p.s i had my hair cut today. I look wicked if i do say so myself! usually i go round canterburys hairdressers and keep going to different ones, but ive found this one man who really makes me feel sexy whenever he does my hair. It sounds bizarre! but i walk out feeling well good about myself for a change.

If only i could make it look this good when im at home!

Sorry Bails I misunderstood :o, I thought you wanted a site that had to be accessed via a link. Nevermind, anyway I'm in agreement with granny, are you sure it's a before photo?? You look so nice. I don't have any photos of myself, I've got an expensive camera and don't want to break it :rotfl: ...

...My sentiments entirely! Cringeworthy just reading about it. Hairy arms in sticky sugar _pale_ ...

...missyg When I get the courage up, I shall try another site and hopefully get a better reading :D ...

...grannynise Sorry to hear about the cold, hope you feel better soon. I regularly make hot lemon, fresh ginger and honey drinks throughout autumn and winter and I've only had 1 cold in the 3 years that I've been doing this...
