...Thanks for the laugh peeps I certainly needed it, as I'll explain -
I did the waist/hip ratio thing and was quite okay with it, being in the low risk category:j then I noticed the Body Fat Calculator, and decided to give it a go. Depending how I measure myself I am classed as obese  . How? My BMI is 18.6. If I want to get a healthy body fat percentage (I used their example) I need to lose about another 20 lbs, which would give me a BMI of about 15.1. Silly, I know, but it really upset me this afternoon, I composed a post to tell you all, then I closed the wrong browser and lost the post!! So I gave up. Anyway, common sense has kicked in thankfully :j but I still feel strange about it

...Thanks Granny and vixarooni for the brilliant info about bras, I'll get back to that tomorrow...
...Bails I've only ever loaded pics for viewing here, but efrieze and bindiboo have shown their photos via a host site, so they should be able to help...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY: PET please please ignore the calc: this only goes to show how rubbish these things can be. But if your BMI is 18.6 then you can't possibly be obese (if fact veering a little to the opposite end of the spectrum?) I know you've said common sense has kicked in, but if you stay secretly worried, please get your fat/weight checked out by your GP. I'll sure they will be able to gives you the facts, knowing your body shape, frame size etc.
Thanks again your continued honesty about your fear and concerns - you always help others come forward about these isues too
lots of love

I was doing slimming world and got lazy with it.
I now really need to get 2 stone off as I feel fat and I'm out of shape.
Need some support
Thanks
Also I know you cant post SW codes on here but is there another website that has them?
thanks
Hi froggygirl and welcome back (you were here before I think?). I'm an SW fan. My best advice for you would be to commit to sticking with us on a daily basis (or as often as poss) to help keep you focussed. If you feel SW does work for you, it's just the committment that you lack then maybe we can help. For any of these plans or self calorie counting to work , it does take a consistant focussed atitude - but that is not said in a judgemental way -many of us here have fallen off the wagon - it's getting back on that counts, and perhaps looking at the reasons why you fall off - what are the triggers? Would beter planning ahead help?
Keep posting and we'll keep helping

Petrichor, the Body Fat calc on there is obviously a load of rubbish. After reading your post I did it too and also came up as obese! My BMI is higher than yours but no way am I obese! ***IGNORE IT*** :rotfl:0

A little way back someone (sorry forgotten who
) was talking about how it's difficult to get boots with calf sizes that fit, you might want to look at this site www.bucklesandbows.co.uk which has a calf measurement guide and boots in different calf sizes. Not the cheapest around, but if you use the code zest01 you'll get £10 off your first order.

evening all! I got out of waitrose in one piece! Even bought a lentil salad for lunch!
today has been a good day for eating, just need to try and focus and stay with it. It was this time last year that I fell off the wagon and stayed off and ran away from the thread so i really want to keep on top of things. gosh I'm busy at the mo!
lots of interesting stuff about bras - I wa scurious once and went from one end of a shopping centre to the other and got measured every that would bmeasure me. Every single one was different, and i though that meant they were all rubbish. Vixen you have given me food for thought!

I'm so glad there have been cries of common sense on here tonight - I understand it's difficult when an apparently reliable authority tells you something but there is simply NO WAY you can be obese Petrichor (or you missyg) so discard that thought immediately!
Welcome Froggy girl, we can definitely help you so stick around. KPC, you're not disappearing on us this year, we all need each other's support and we'd miss you if you scarpered!
Can't seem to type tonight so giving it up as a bad job. Night all, see you tomorrow xThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
