I dont know about that but surely fruit and veg do?
I have not touched a nut since starting SW, or pastry, biscuits, cake, choc as i know i wont be able to stop:o
    You need the hoover out

I eat a varied diet, loads of veg and fruit.
Read about garlic, ginger, spinach and almonds.
    Not keen on ginger really.
So thought I'd get some seeds and nuts.

I'll get Henry out later. ;)
Yes i wasnt saying you didn't , but just meant thought you would get enough from the fruit and veg :D

Mama - Years ago a friend told me that if you drink green tea if helps you lose weight. I began drinking it. When I moaned to my friend that it tastes vile, but I am addicted and have not lost a pound.... she told me I had to stop sticking cr*p in my mouth as well as it was not a miracle!

I'm definitely a red wine fan; will drink white if I visit my friend as that's all she drinks but really prefer red. White I find easier to drink as a Kir!

Glad you enjoyed your fab tea out and Kir Royale & gin syns!

I've kind of fallen off the wagon already - think I've already hit holiday mode and we don't even go away for another two days!

    Today's plan:

    B - SW fry up; 1 slice WM bread & spread (0.5 HEB + 1)
L - leek & potato soup; 1 slice of WM bread (0.5 HEB)
D - sticky salmon; starfry veg & noodles (my menu plan read starry veg!) 1 syn for honey

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.
HEB - 2 slices HM bread
Syns - low fat spread 1; tsp honey 1; gin syns 6?

    Denise

You appear to be fairly on the wagon to me!

    Enjoy your holidays xxx

Tweets, you are back on a role. Well done xxxx

We are going out for a meal tonight as DS3 is leaving home (well going away to work in the very north of Scotland for 4 months). We will be childless, first time in 29 years.

The thought of an empty house is horrid. :o:o:o

:T Well done on your loss tweets .

Have you done anything different this week to get such a great loss?

I'm thinking that I should go to WI on Thursday and make it my last before my holiday. I'm out for a meal in the evening and then away at the weekend so don't want to risk a gain the week after. I think this week is my best chance of being in range.

When do you go away bubbs ?
