Portioned up the veggie chilli for the freezer so that'll help with a few lunches. I'm pretty good with labelling freezer food but I found a tub of what I now know to be Bolognese so I'll eat that up today.
I used to have a job that was 60+ hour weeks, stress and a longish commute too but I found, even before SW, that meal planning was really helpful. For a matter of a few minutes writing out 7 (or fewer if I'm eating out at all) dinner ideas plus ingredients for lunches and breakfasts and a shopping list to go with it I've saved loads of time. It's far more efficient than wandering around a shop thinking about what to have and far more mse.:money:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half HEB toast, fried egg, ham, tomatoes, mushrooms
L: JP with Bolognese sauceBGTY burger, cauliflower steak, mushrooms, green stuff (broccoli, asparagus, mange tout), patatas bravas (thought I should have something Spanish tonight
:D)
Syns: burger 1, wine syns:j0 -
Hello all,
Just checking in with a STS this week. Earlier in the week I had increased by 2 lbs but by this morning’s WI it had disappeared. Don’t know quite what happened as I have been very on plan!!
Some lovely recipes recipes, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. I shall be making these for sure. It’s great to get some new inspiration.
Welcome to those joining us and positive thoughts to everyone else, especially anyone struggling. I seem to be stuck in the same 5lb bracket and keep losing and gaining the same pound numerous times. It’s getting tedious!!
Still plodding though, have been super good this week and hopefully this will continue into next week. Hopefully I’ll have something better to report next Saturday xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

WI this morning and 1.5 offI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
