Reporting in with -2.5lbs which I'm very happy with. Hubby said "see, you can do it!".

Have been really good today. Made myself a nice curry tonight using the SW chip shop curry sauce, which I'd forgotten I had in the freezer.

I haven't been to group for 3 weeks, I have still got access to the app, but it has prompted me a couple of times that I haven't been to group for a while.

Our group was very good, but I was struggling to get back into target and can't really afford to keep on paying. I did the weighing, which I enjoyed as the I loved chatting to other members, but got tired of having to go up there every Saturday morning as I couldn't go out anywhere early and get stuff done. I was doing it in my own time and getting nothing back from it.

The image therapy wasn't just about the clapping though, some people did come up with some good ideas, but there's lots of Facebook groups I'm on and I still post on the SW group page.

People would gasp when they discovered how much weight I'd lost and the consultant would often use me as a "Trophy" to make her look good and I got bored of it a bit.

Aside from that I love the SW plan and it does work (for me anyway).

Have a good evening everyone. x

That's interesting. I used to get prompts saying that I needed to go to WI. Now after 8 weeks it just says 'Have you been to WI? '. If I say no then it cuts my access to the site.
