:T Well done on your loss tweets .

Have you done anything different this week to get such a great loss?

I'm thinking that I should go to WI on Thursday and make it my last before my holiday. I'm out for a meal in the evening and then away at the weekend so don't want to risk a gain the week after. I think this week is my best chance of being in range.

When do you go away bubbs ?

Week on Friday :j:j:j:j so 2 more WI's to get my gain off before i put it on:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Beanie, you're at it again, tempting me with another one of my favourites!! Glad you enjoyed your meal - sounds lovely.

Abbafan it was ages after I left group that I got chucked off the app - I wrote down a lot of the syns for the things I used regularly before I lost access.

sorry to hear about your mum - my Dad was in a similar position about 18 months ago and I know how worrying it all is, but well done on your loss.

Well done all other losers. This challenge is looking promising!

I've had a tummy bug for a couple of days so totally off plan and not much in the way of food at all (and no drinks as planned :() but I'm feeling a bit better today so all should be back to normal tomorrow. DD1 and DGD here tomorrow and have asked for a barbecue, which is easy for SW at least.

    Happy Bank Holiday, all.

    tweets hugs.

Just as we were going out of the door, mum came (as every night - she does not remember who I am, but she knows she comes to every night). She said she did not feel well. DS3 took her home. We went out for meal and went to check on her. The door was locked, but all the windows were open. No answer. No one had heard from her. So I go home and get my key, and let myself in. Found her in bed. Wondered for a moment if she had passed... decided I had better check! She was fine. Closed the windows and locked up.
