Have to admit I weigh myself twice a week - Monday morning after I've had my 2 cups of tea (same as official WI day!) to see how much damage limitation I need to do Monday-Wednesday; and then official WI on Thursday morning - again I'll have had 2 cups of tea beforehand.

Well done SSM on choosing the healthy option and not the bread/
    pastry option.

Sorry to hear about your mum Tweets. Hope things improve soon.

Using up stuff today so it's another Green day!

B - boiled eggs; asparagus to dip
L - jacket potato; baked bean
D - veggie chilli from freezer with rice. Still have a few asparagus stalks left so will chop and add to it when I reheat it tonight.
    Supper: toast; butter, marmite

    HEA1 - milk
    HEB2 - cheese on chilli (0.5); laughing cow (0.5)
    HEB1 - toast
    HEB2 - 2 hi fi bars

Don't worry ssm, I agree with SIRENS lovely reply, don't weigh yourself too much.

I don't weigh myself everyday, as it would drive me around the bend, but I do weigh myself twice a week, official weigh day, and cheeky check - last Monday I was 181.8. Thursday 179. Now 185... all I can think is flip (the difference is between 6 lbs and 3.8 lbs). OH had a curly whirly - I had mushy peas.

Onwards and upwards.... stick to plan. It will all go eventually x

Frustrated to report +3 this week. It's been star week and I've had a few extra treats over the BH weekend which probably accounts for this. It's all gone on in last two days. Hoping it will come off quickly again as I'm on the home stretch now. Last Thursday if asked I would have said I was half a stone from target...

Sorry that you haven't had losses ssm and nicki. Hopefully the gains will disappear PDQ.:)

I never weigh at home (threw away scales when I was fat and never replaced them) but I know I'd be obsessive if I had any. Even when I'm staying with friends I'm tempted to use their bathroom scales but I don't trust myself.

Like you denise I do the same routine every time I go to WI. I have my lightest breakfast (cereal) plus tea and squash as that's what I did the day I joined as it was a last minute decision. It does mean that when I need to WI I need a morning group which can be difficult some days.

That's another thing I do too! Although I always add Speed to my chilli/Bolognese when I do the batch cooking I always add more when I'm reheating. :D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, large HEB porage with HEA milk
L: JP with Bolognese and cornichons
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: Extra HEXs 6, syrup 2.5, honey 2.5, noodles 1

That's a lot of syns for me on a weekday but I was quite controlled with wine syns over the weekend so I think I'll be OK. ETA: Just checked and 80 used so far this week so 25 left for Tuesday and Wednesday!

    Inexplicably -2 please chart gods.

    And urgh.

I've been that far from the wagon this weekend, it probably drives on a different side of the road to me!

There's been pizza, kebab, crisps, sweets, cider, lager, prosecco, gin. Easily in the 300 syn range :o I still feel sick.

I can only assume it hasn't hit me yet.

    So, I go again

B/D - Bacon, eggs, sw chips, beans and loads of oven roasted mushrooms and cherry tomatoes

    T - Lasagne (0.5 syns + hexa) and salad

HEXB will be Alpen lights and I'll take a 3 syn hit for an options with 50ml milk.

BM will be shopping with lazy face and her pram, once she wakes from her snooze. She didn't get up until 9.45. Truly a Top Baby.

I'll also do 100 sit ups when my tummy settles down a bit.
