Hi, beanie, the sun came out to play after all! I’ve forgotten what rain is, maman!

Well, someone/people on here have been a bad influence on me. All this talk of ice cream and ice cream makers has [STRIKE]forced[/STRIKE] encouraged me to buy one! But as I only have a little freezer I chose an automatic one, so it was a ‘considered’ purchase. Oops! I don’t have the ingredients in the house just now, so I’ve not had a chance to play. After being scathing for a bit, DH has asked for coffee ice cream. Of course, you realise this guarantees a change in the weather.

Decent day today. Had an hour long reformer pilates class this evening which got me hot and out of breath. Food wise:

Breakfast: homemade wholemeal bread with butter and honey (HEB, 4)
Lunch: frittata and salad and butternut squash
    Dinner: beef stew, new potatoes

    HEA: goats cheese with salad.

Need to plan for tomorrow now to stay on straight and narrow. I'm going to try to walk to work tomorrow (3 miles) if I get up early enough to step up the body magic
