Bon Voyage denise . Have a great time in France. We can rein back together when you return. :)

Will definitely be needed. As I come back on a Wed evening I'm not planning on going to WI the following day! So will have a week to be good and hopefully not have too much left to lose before I go off for another couple of weeks but in the UK that time.

He's in floods of tears here!:(

Well done on your loss dia pita:T I either use my phone or desktop to post and then I have all the usual Word options at the top of the reply box for colours/bold/fonts etc. You need to use 'Go Advanced' to get the smileys though. Maybe someone else can be more helpful.

Not exactly sure what's happening here today. I've got someone coming this afternoon to fit a Smart Meter so I think they have to turn off the power which might mean I have little time to cook. It depends what time they arrive. Also got friends parking here to go to Rolling Stones concert tonight and for us to ferry them so I think I've convinced myself that Bolognese from the freezer is the best option!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, half HEB toast
L: ham with fried LO veg and pickles
D: Austrian Ham Hash with cabbage
Syns: Parmesan 2 (I'm being generous and having 10g:D)

All losses are good! Well done!:T

Smart meter man has just left. I should have time to make the ham hash originally on the meal plan. Off to do that now as I'd rather have the Bolognese tomorrow as a lighter meal before WI Thursday morning. Hope my logic makes sense to someone.:D
