Morning all, thanks Chris for the chart and well done SOTW, had a rough week where i have eaten everything in sight, mostly fruit but a lot of naughty things too so +1 for me and I'm surprised that is all tbh.
Off on holiday tomorrow so fully expect to have put on at least 3 when I return next week, want to put a sad face in but what the heck I'm going to enjoy myself and get back on track when I return.
    Have a good one everybody.

    Enjoy your holiday Majorica.

    Morning all.

Inspired to get back on my bike.
Last ride was 2 years ago when I fell off and badly scraped my knee/leg.
Wouldn't mind but it was on returning home right outside the house!
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

Hi everyone. I'm still here but struggling along. Dreading weigh in this week and trying to restrain myself from all naughtiest until then. I didn't go last week because I'd been extremely synful (big mistake) and knew I may be out of range so thought all would be well if I missed the weigh in. It has made me worse not better. LESSON LEARNED!!!
I shall take whatever comes on Friday morning and then move on.
    Plan today is :-
    B yog and berries
L sw chips, egg and beetroot
D BNS lasagne with large watercress salad
Milk and hifi's will be my Heb's

I'm a great believer in the scenic route! I think it was Stoke who wisely commented yesterday that SW has to fit around you not the other way round. So have a great holiday and then draw that line and get back on plan.:)

I'm out for lunch today. I have some syns left for the week so hoping there's something suitable on the menu. Will report back later.:)

Absolutely this. If SW is a lifestyle choice, and not a diet (as it is sold by consultants), then we shouldn't be feeling at all remorseful for living our life once in a while.

There aren't many things that I disagree with my group consultant on, but she tries quite hard to convince members when they're going on holiday etc to "put a plan in place" so not to sabotage their weight loss. No doubt she will do the sam tonight when I bring up the stag do next week. She will say things like "have you planned your swaps for meals", "how are you going to make sure your holiday doesn't affect your weight loss" and "if you're going all inclusive, see what the salad bar and free foods are before looking at the other foods" etc. It all sounds great, but ultimately, I'm not going on a stag do to lose weight. I don't go on holiday to lose weight. I lose weight..... to feel better on holiday. If I went on a stag do, drank nothing but diet coke and had nothing but chicken and salad for meals, I would come back feeling unfulfilled and feeling like I had missed out. The aim of going on holiday is to come back feeling refreshed and upbeat, not feeling stressed that you're unsure whether that strawberry daiquiri took you over your wednesday syn count.
