Great effort Dia Pita. Well done.

I've had a terrible terrible weekend. For the first time, since, well, a long long time. I ended up binging on some rubbishy foods. Not like me to fall off the wagon like I did but the first weekend without going the football and it's amazing how boring it can get. Will need to put a plan in place for next weekend.

Fully expecting a maintain or gain tomorrrow. A maintain would be awesome in my eyes. I'm glad I've learnt this now though. It's the start of summer and I have time to make changes to that.

Might go weigh in on Thursday rather than tomorrow :P

That's unusual. I'd have thought most people would say that going to football tempts them with beer and burgers etc. If football keeps you on the straight and narrow then with the World Cup coming up you should lose loads!:rotfl:

You may not have a gain this week but beware of next week when it can catch up with you.:(

I cut down my wine syns by about a third over the weekend.:DPleased with that as I'll have a few more syns to play with when I'm eating out tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO cold pork and fried veg with pickles
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: honey in sauce 2.5, noodles 1
  • Thanks for the chart ChrisV - well done curl girl on being SOTW.

Hope you're better Cattycat and hope everything is OK Kathrynha.

Breakfast was a yoghurt with bran together with fruit so am feeling very full at the moment - didn't have my usual bag of pufts (which usually leaves me wanting more lol!) either so that's a plus.

Not sure what's for tea tonight though if the last two nights are anything to go by it will be something light.

Not dog walking tonight but will go cycling instead - it's my plan this week, not only to stay firmly on plan, but to exercise every night - as it's BH weekend I will be weighing early so I need to keep on the straight and narrow lol!

A good lesson learned Stoke. At least you know you need to plan properly for future weekends.

Today's plan has been changed as had chips at the weekend so didn't want them again tonight! I had planned a Green day but now it'll be the normal EE with a couple of SP meals (breakfast & dinner) so some extra Speed.

B - baked oats with half plate of fruit - melon, raspberries & strawberries
L - sweet chilli noodles with salad bits; ham - 1.5 syns for 1Tbs sweet chilli sauce
D - cottage pie with swede & carrot mash top; served with green beans & broccoli on the side

    HEA - milk
    HEB - oats
    Syns - sweet chilli sauce - 1.5

Normally, you would be right. I fully expected a great weekend, but after car hunting Saturday, I was done by 12pm. None of my friends were out and I was just bored off my face :D Come about 7pm I was hungry and just fancied bad bad food. I indulged...... too much, completely undoing all the excellent work I'd done earlier in the week (I was on for a really good loss if my scales are to be believed).

Would have liked a good week, because next week I'm on a stag do and let's be honest, I am unlikely to count my syns. The good thing is, my mentality is unchanged on this. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and therefore I am happy losing quickly, slowly, averagely.... just so long as I eventually hit that magic target :) Just another hurdle I have to jump in my eyes :D Plus, some of my better losses have come after I've fallen catastrophically off the wagon. So, get next week out the way, then start smashing it.
