Thanks for that, makes a bit more sense now, I almost thought I had imagined it, but noticed my consultant had written it in my book. I am still in range to have the 20 syns I guess, but do not see the point as I use less than 15 now.
I attempted a exercise video off utube today whist chicken was in the oven as I did not have time for my usual Sunday walk (do not like to leave the oven whilst everyone is out) whew was knackered, surely that has got to be a good thing!?

I am trying to do 20,000 steps a day (and failing most days )...
:DSunshinemummy~~the pancakes were way too thick.
My batter was thick, so I popped a bit of water in. It was more like American pancakes rather than the really British thin ones.
I have failed to plan.... I will be rubbish this week.
Breakfast
fruit, muller and 35 g of bran flakes - and 11 almonds (no idea what syns are)
Lunch - ham, egg salad with cottage cheese, banana, satsuma
snack - apple
tea - beef stew (loads of veg),
pudding - chopped fruit and muller ice-cream.
I have ate absolutely loads today but all good stuff.100 -

Morning all. A lovely morning here so far.....
Plan for today
B: Stuffed mushrooms (using HEXA cheese and HEXB wholmeal breadcrumbs)
L: Ham salad
HM cottage pie
Snacks: easy peelers, pear, muller light
Syns: 3 for the mix I use in the shepherds pie, possibly 5.5 for a kitkat0 -
