:TWell done curlgirl. That's a good loss! You too nicki. Good luck with your plans for this week.:T

Somehow I didn't think you'd agree with me about Jose tweets.;)
I'm glad you're liking your new tops but probably best to keep out of the bakery aisle when you're in Tesco. The bun is 16.5 syns for 100g:eek: and each bun is more than 100g.:(

    Good luck with WI later.:)

Sounds like a good party abbafan. Now you're not going to group you can lose at a pace to suit you. I can see why you didn't want to tie up Saturday mornings.:)

Over estimating is a great idea sirens. I do the same with HM gravy as although I know how much cornflour goes into it, it's difficult to estimate how much fat might be left in meat juices.

I'm really looking forward to my roast today despite the sunshine. We missed out last week because we were away.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, ham, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and beetroot
D: JO roast pork on veg trivet (onion, celery and carrot), SW roast potatoes and parsnips, cauli, broccoli, swede & carrot mash, braised red cabbage
Syns: HM gravy 4, wine syns:D

I'm trying to be careful with wine syns this weekend as I'm out for lunch on Wednesday. I'd be surprised if I have enough syns left for all the food and wine but I'll do my best.:)

I enjoyed the bun wont buy another if they that many syns

WI wasn't that bad will post when I catch up :)

    Hello All
Hope you have all had a lovely weekend

    Today I started off okay....
    B 2 boiled eggs, 2 x wlm toast (hexb)
D roast chicken, roast pot (not sw) Yorkshire pudding (several) stuffing, broccoli, green beans roast parsnips, gravy followed by ice cream and choc brownie! I am stuffed!
In my defence I had 49.5 syns left plus my usual daily syns so I think I!!!8217;m okay although I really didn!!!8217;t count, so finger crossed!

Tweets I love cinnamon rolls and dh has requested some for the bank hol next week as we are both off over the weekend, I think I might make a half quantity so as not to tempt myself too much as I am not sure how strong my will power is!

When I was at meeting last year my consultant said I could have 20 syns a day as I have a lot to loose is that normal, I think I am going to lower it to the standard 15 from tomorrow though as I never use 20 a day anyway?

MrsR was on extra syns for a while then she dropped to 15 quite recently. I don't suppose it's a hard and fast rule but, when she posts next, she may be able to tell you the best time to change.

    Morning all.

Considering I had a few treats yesterday

    -2 lb for me.

Really pleased, plus I feel better and can squeeze into some summer trousers which wouldn't go anywhere near last year. They still have the tags on as well but must have fitted at some point.
    Well done :T:T:T

Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I've been working on a big project at work which has been pretty all consuming so lots of late nights and not great meal planning/food choices. We're hoping to deliver next week at which point normal service can be resumed.

With all this going on, I'm quite pleased that this week has ended up being -1lb. I've made some poor food choices and had some stress eating going on too. I'm going to try to plan next week better and I've booked out two hours next week for an exercise class as my stress levels are sky high so some self care needs to be a priority despite the looming deadline.

    My meal plan for today:

Breakfast scrambled eggs and toast (HEB)
    Lunch Vegetable soup
Dinner spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan (HEA)
    Well done

Well I'm home and have done one load of washing but haven't hung it out as storms are threatened tonight. If the weather's OK I'll hang it out in the morning otherwise it'll go in the tumble dryer. Another load to do later.

We ended up not having any lunch as we didn't eat breakfast until 10.15 this morning.

    Today's menu:

B/L - fry up with 2 slices of black pudding 7 syns
D - butchers sausages & burger; chips, sweet potato chips, onions, green beans; HM red onion chutney 3.5 syns

    HEA - milk
HEB - still to have but not sure what yet, if at all
Syns - 10.5 as above + wine syns

Assuming 1/2 bottle of wine I'll be left with 8 syns a day for Monday - Wednesday which is fine.

Nice to see tweets if fruity today!

Bought a pineapple from Lidl yesterday 69p.
I know it's not on the free food list but surely better than some other sweet treats?
It is free not speed x

I agree with others who have posted about setting small goals instead of getting daunted about the whole amount we would like to lose.

That's why this thread is great, thanks to everyone who posts and encourages.
Thanks as well for the chart as once you see things written down it does motivate. :T
