    Morning all,

Party was great last night - had a bit to drink, so of course woke up with a raging appetite this morning.

I have 3 x no crusts bread toasted (HEB), chopped tomatoes and 2 x slices of lean bacon.

Done all of my washing yesterday as it was so nice to get it dry, but need to wash my bed sheets today.

Have a great day everyone. x

We could really do with a “funny” button. Easier than having to post emojis.

Going home after lunch so will post menu later as not sure what’s for lunch and dinner today.

    Morning all.

Considering I had a few treats yesterday

    -2 lb for me.

Really pleased, plus I feel better and can squeeze into some summer trousers which wouldn't go anywhere near last year. They still have the tags on as well but must have fitted at some point.

Congrats on your losses, Tie, Sunflower, milann, curl girl and anyone else I've missed.

    Plan for the day:

    B: mushroom omelette
L: ham & HEXA cheese salad
D: bacon with sweet potato jackets and some sort of speed veg (courgettes /sweetcorn / mushrooms /peppers ?)

Snacks: satsumas, muller light, something for HEXB if I have'nt already had it - either a cucumber sandwich or perhaps a couple of Alpen lights

Syns: 2 for oil for omelette.

Actually, I've not yet had breakfast and am not feeling at all hungry yet so B&L may morph into Brunch a bit later.....

Enjoy your picky tea bubbs .:)

We're watching the cup final accompanied by wine syns. :o

Sorry tweets but I'm rooting for Chelsea as I prefer their manager. I really think Jose is bullying your younger players especially 'our' Luke Shaw.

 Didn't like ref he can put his whistle where the sun doesn't shine :D

    I don't think Jose is a bully !!!8230;.

Jose is :happyhear I thought he was :happyhear when he was Chelsea manager :D.

Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I've been working on a big project at work which has been pretty all consuming so lots of late nights and not great meal planning/food choices. We're hoping to deliver next week at which point normal service can be resumed.

With all this going on, I'm quite pleased that this week has ended up being -1lb. I've made some poor food choices and had some stress eating going on too. I'm going to try to plan next week better and I've booked out two hours next week for an exercise class as my stress levels are sky high so some self care needs to be a priority despite the looming deadline.

    My meal plan for today:

Breakfast scrambled eggs and toast (HEB)
    Lunch Vegetable soup
Dinner spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan (HEA)
