That's an awful lot of syns for some shepherd's pie sirens but if you prefer it that way then they're your syns to use. When I make it (well more accurately my recipe is cottage pie) I do the savoury mince in the SC to topgirl's recipe and there's plenty of gravy/juice from the Oxos. Then I tend to use a dollop of yogurt in the mash or better still use carrot & swede mash which makes it a SP meal. :)

My friends pouring was rather lethal  :rotfl:
:naughty: You're incorrigible beanie. A really bad influence!:naughty:

I've put some Bolognese in the SC this morning as I was down to one portion in the freezer. I find it so useful to have a HM ready meal available for CBA days or when I'm in a hurry. I'll make a pot of pilau rice later and portion that for the freezer too. It's free and just as easy as a microwave pouch if I cook it in advance.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO ham hash with extra Speed (mushrooms, courgettes, cauli, cabbage and tomato)
D: Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh with HM pilau and extra mushrooms
Syns: curry 1.5 and wine syns!:j

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Hi,

It’s a STS for me this week please. Totally understandable as I’d been sneaking in a few extra treats here and there. Lots of chocolate and over on my HEbs. However, lots of exercise which has limited the damage. Need to get the balance right. Problem is I have ridiculously sweet tooth at the moment.

Will keep plodding and trying for next week x

Enjoy your picky tea bubbs .:)

We're watching the cup final accompanied by wine syns. :o

Sorry tweets but I'm rooting for Chelsea as I prefer their manager. I really think Jose is bullying your younger players especially 'our' Luke Shaw.

I may do a small one with less veg than the huge one stuffed with veg that I did last week.

I have my pot in the freezer to try the mint choc chip again for OH - but I will need to use muller vanilla as he ate the mess from yesterday as it began to defrost. Then again I have strawberries, and could do a lovely strawberry ice-cream.

It is amazing just how quick the mullers are disappearing - normally we are still eating the out of date ones when the fun starts again!

    What is for tea?

We are having beef casserole :D:D:D Trying to be a good girl today but an onion bhaji jumped into my mouth!
