    Hi again,

Am now at home - left work, went straight to shops as had to get a £100 Argos voucher for a retirement/moving away gift.

Bought a few other bits and bobs, got some Pukka tea bags from H&B called "Cleanse". Was going to buy the Slimatee, but decided against it. The Pukka ones are really nice. Am trying to get into Herbal tea - does anyone else have any other recommendations?

Have only got a WW meal in the fridge which is 7 syns, so that is going to max out my syns for the day!

Does anyone know if there are any other cereal bars which can be used at HEB, apart from the hif-fi bars, Aldi Benefit and Alpen Lights please?

    Thank you.

    Afternoon all.

Just enjoy a chicken dinner, really fancied loads of cauliflower, did have gravy and cranberry sauce.
But I didn't have cheese on my cauli so that's better than usual.

Just a mountain of dishes to battle through.......
