My favourite herbal tea company is Bird and Blend, they are not cheap but their tea is gorgeous, they have lovely seasonal teas at different point of the year too

    Well done on the STS,

Now I need to think what to eat next week, but not too much as we struggled to eat it all this week. As they say 'to fail to plan, is to plan to fail.' I think I will do... god I have no idea. I don't want the crustless quiche again....

    Today

    Breakfast
Yoghurt, fruit and bran flakes (hexb)

    Lunch
boiled egg, ham, tomato and fruit

    Tea
beef casserole with loads of veg (enough for tomorrow as well)
HM Ice-cream (Muller yoghurt with strawberries thrown in).

It is better than a poke in the eye, well done.

I too am avoiding the festivities of today - by going to the house that DS1 and his wife will be moving into and cleaning!

Hope the car is repaired soon - just think you could use the time to prepare for the run on Monday - not sure if I mean by exercising or drinking alcohol!
