I have overnight grape nuts to eat with fruit and muller yogurt.

I am at work, so will eat it in a minute when the boss goes out!

    Have a good day!

    Morning all

    Plan for today

B: Beans on HEXB toast with mushrooms and possibly a fried egg
    L: Ham salad, HEXA cheese

D: HM chicken curry - not sure whether we'll have ordinary or cauli rice yet, depend what speed goes into the curry (OH is making it)

    Snacks: satsumas, pear
Syns: none planned - may use a spray of oil for the curry and egg

I write everything I eat down in an A5 diary I got for a £1 in Card Factory - I find it really helpful. Also posting my meal plans here keeps me on track

Really, I was expecting a slightly different version of afternoon tea.

I've changed my weigh day so not to annoy Chris anymore.... lol. :D:D:D so 3 days early I have -1lb

I just need to remember to keep weighing myself on Friday morning x

Noooo  You know I'm easily confused :rotfl:

Now you've got two WI's this week  - do you want me to add Monday's 2.2 to today's 1, giving you a weekly loss of 3.2

STS again for me this week, but the good news is I am now feeling a bit more motivated:rotfl: Just as well as I’ve got 7 weeks until we go on holiday.

Well done all the losers :T
  • Morning campers!

Although I had done some reasonable planning, was actually feeling a bit bleugh for the week (got lovely swollen glands!) so didn't really care about things, know I didn't have enough speed and was happily surprised to have - 1/2 for the week.

Despite the glands, feeling a bit more human today, so not just going to make sure I have enough speed, also going to try & eat some more, keep snacking on speed and hopefully will finally make the 2lbs I need to reach 3 1/2 stone, before the wedding in 2 weeks. This has been a really painful 7lbs to achieve, but I am focused on an average of 1lb a week for the next year, which will take me to what I think I am going to set as my revised target.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

B: NAS grapefruit, half HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with veggie chilli and beetroot
D: salmon, SW chips, stir fry veg
    Syns: HP sauce 1

I'm trying to talk myself out of having wine syns this evening. I doubt it'll work.;)
