Plan for today
B: Beans on HEXB toast with mushrooms and possibly a fried egg
L: Ham salad, HEXA cheeseHM chicken curry - not sure whether we'll have ordinary or cauli rice yet, depend what speed goes into the curry (OH is making it)
Snacks: satsumas, pear
Syns: none planned - may use a spray of oil for the curry and egg
I write everything I eat down in an A5 diary I got for a £1 in Card Factory - I find it really helpful. Also posting my meal plans here keeps me on track0 -

Morning campers!
Although I had done some reasonable planning, was actually feeling a bit bleugh for the week (got lovely swollen glands!) so didn't really care about things, know I didn't have enough speed and was happily surprised to have - 1/2 for the week.
Despite the glands, feeling a bit more human today, so not just going to make sure I have enough speed, also going to try & eat some more, keep snacking on speed and hopefully will finally make the 2lbs I need to reach 3 1/2 stone, before the wedding in 2 weeks. This has been a really painful 7lbs to achieve, but I am focused on an average of 1lb a week for the next year, which will take me to what I think I am going to set as my revised target.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
