Thats not too bad and good still at goal:T:T

Yes if you weigh over a certain weight its 20 then goes to 15, hth

I think I read that if you're a woman over 16 stone you can have 20, and if over 22 (?) stone you can have 25 - I didn't realise this for quite a while, as I don't think it mentions it in the starter pack, and so I've always kept to 15

Thanks for that, makes a bit more sense now, I almost thought I had imagined it, but noticed my consultant had written it in my book. I am still in range to have the 20 syns I guess, but do not see the point as I use less than 15 now.

I attempted a exercise video off utube today whist chicken was in the oven as I did not have time for my usual Sunday walk (do not like to leave the oven whilst everyone is out) whew was knackered, surely that has got to be a good thing!?

Some rain is forecast for my area . It's suddenly showed up o the forecast, wasn't there earlier.

But it's not due until mid afternoon tomorrow so you could get the washing done and out early. Plus I think you're east of us so rain may not come to you at all.

Thanks Maman. Intend to get the load I've already done out in the morning if it's not raining and will wash the 2nd load as soon as I get up and out on to the line as early as I can.

You're right about me being East of you! Can't go much further without getting wet! I'm only about 200 yards from the sea!

    Morning all.

Considering I had a few treats yesterday

    -2 lb for me.

Really pleased, plus I feel better and can squeeze into some summer trousers which wouldn't go anywhere near last year. They still have the tags on as well but must have fitted at some point.

Well done, just think in a few weeks they will fit you comfortably and in a few weeks more they will become baggy and you will need the next size down! :T:T:T:T:T
