  • I'm feeling quite tired and head achey today
hoping that its just lack of sleep the last few nights
been for my pcr today but yesterdays results still not back
ordered myself a book i had my eye on to try and combat the boredom
  • yesterdays test is back and still negative , fingers crossed it stays that way as once sister can leave isolation ( currently on a faint line ) the risk to me contracting it will reduce more

I'm so happy to hear someone in real life said something so lovely to you. You know it's true as she's seen you in action. You try so much harder than most would. I'm always amazed by your concoctions to help her eat.
The great news is you can't give it back to your sister so at least you can be confident for her to come back.
I am hoping your covid panic will calm into boredom. Its such a weird combination of extreme emotions.
    Keep going wonder woman xxx

I've read that particles can stay airborne for up to 3 hours , i've been opening the windows as much as i can but when the evening chill sets its not really pratical ( pretty sure its also responsible for my head cold etc ) so I've ordered a relatively inexpensive air purifier from amazon to arrive tomorrow.
Anything that can reduce the risk is worth it and as I seem to get through a lot of sudofed once isolation is over I will move it up in to my room
I've been toying with getting one for quite some time

Oh I've been wanting one too! Only issue is if they're good I expect I'll have to put one in every room. Or my 8 year old will just steal it. Have to let me know if it makes any difference come flower season xxx

Me too but this is needed to keep him safe too , he won’t have the vaccine, his choice but one that concerns me more then he will ever know , he has his own reasons and I respect those.
I’ll relax a bit more once mums at 7 days and the risk begins to subside

I really hope that nurse never returns and if I had her name I’d request that , she caught me on the hop - I do get that she would much rather not be in a house where there is covid , so would I but mum is the only vulnerable person I need to be concerned about and she has many.
she was even reluctant to apply the dressing on mums bed sore which the carers said they couldn’t.  I get it I really do but she does need to work on her poker face

I often wake full of congestion but more so at home then NM and he’s not a fan of putting the heating on and it’s on here virtually all day , once it’s use is done downstairs I’ll move it to my room and see how we go
