wow , its been a while since i last updated

Have been on holiday and had a lovely time only i did have to exclude a guest for future trips.

no vapes , tobacco or sneaky smokes in the last 2 weeks and no patches either

still have frozen shoulder !!

main news is MC ! its all been very quiet but once again the victim is back with balloons for a pity party.

back story , after 9 months living with me for next to nothing , he has been back at his mums for the last 6 under the pretence it was only until the end of feb. he has done nothing and mum needs the house space for family who are staying for the summer and also wants to sell up and down size.

she has asked him to leave and rather then do anything he has once again been to ibiza , he came home to find his stuff packed up.

hes then approached the youngest sibling and asked to stay there , youngest sibling has said no as he has had plenty of time to sort himself out and she wont be in the same position as his mum and I. hes thrown his toys out of the pram and said no one supports him and he is done with everyone and wont go to his sisters wedding. he is now sleeping in his car and visited the other night to basically complain to NM how tough his life is. NM told him he needed to accountable for his lack of progress but didn't challenge his woe is me attitude

I am glad he isnt going to the wedding

I half suspect that he came here on a guilt trip hoping I would suggest he came back but that is not happening.

The support he now craves hasnt worked in the past so he now needs to fill the impact of what im more positive then ever is substance addiction

the wedding day was lovely , MC did appear however had a sulking face on for much of the day. He really is something else with his victim mentality. He didnt appear to really talk to any of the family unless he had too and looked positively angry when NM and his other daughter gave speeches about the youngest daughter who quite frankly is an absolute joy.

He cheered up a bit once GWG arrived - she was however already a bit drunk or was on powder as she was slightly wild at the reception and not what you would expect for a first function with family. she was on the dance floor by herself , stroking the faces of both NM and his other son in law , grabbing the bride to lecture her on the weeks events ( not needed this is her happy day) and wore a very revealing dress. NM admitted to me that he decided it was time to leave as she had made him uncomfortable. I have now had a conversation with him about considering whether there is substance abuse going on. He dismissed it however both his daughters said to him on the phone that they thought GWG may have been on it - lets see where this goes but its very much the MC show again right now.

Feeling really happy with myself that I have not smoked either nicotine or a vape since 24th June and I have used no aids - no patches, no vape etc. NM has said well done but by his own admission doesn't notice when I don't smoke but notices when I do !!

money does not seem to be going very far this month but probably hindered by a trip to costco as the card needed renewing - £66.00 before I even bought a hot dog ! then another £60 odd on pork chops , chicken fillets , cheese , water , avocado oil , calm drinks ………………….it soon adds up , I am not sure why I like going there ¬¬

Have done one big food shop since we got back from our hols 2 weeks ago , today another £60 with Mr T - its possibly this will last until payday next week but who knows

tonight we have yellow sticker breaded fish , salad and cous cous , tomorrow chicken and chorizo rice and wednesday salmon but haven't thought any further then that

I still have frozen shoulder , X ray was clear , have been given stronger pain killers and some physio to do - apparantly it can take 1-3 years to go away. I have asked to be referred for steriod painkiller injections.

no more news on MC thankfully - he angers me and after a long chat with NM eldest daughter she angers him too , I have to be careful what I say although the daughter is very much on side for me talking to NM. I am however starting to feel like this is wasted energy , MC knows how to manipulate NM and he won't see the issues until he really has too
