f0xh0les - my 2 cups of Yorkshire tea so far this morning have been amazing... I do miss a good cuppa when I'm away (like that happens all of the time :rotfl:)
I am tired this morning - it was so warm last night and no air con in my house. I was awake for the day just after six but fell asleep again on the sofa for half an hour until the postie woke me up with a parcel at 9. Have started the mammoth unpacking tasks and my first load of washing is in...
Caught up on emails, written a massive to-do list, got weighedso I know where I'm starting from as far as my diet is concerned, had a couple of cups of tea and just about ready for another now. DS is awake but no sign of dd yet. I've sent a couple of texts out to my sister and bestie but I don't predict that I can be bothered with much visiting etc today - plus I need to get on top of this washing pile and finishing unpacking stuff and I'm trying to ignore the fact that I need to do grocery shopping by telling the kids that I refuse to do it until they have written me a list. :rotfl:
To be fair I can't even be bothered to crochet this morning, I just want to sit and cuddle my cats (I am officially a single, forty-something, crazy cat lady - this is what my future holds). Not giving up

So pleased to hear that you had a lovely holiday
Hope you get good news from the solicitor very soon
...... And you never know what the future holds - I am probably about 20 years older than you, and looking back, my life has gone in stages, like a series of lives, all quite different, rather than one, even though at the time each stage seemed like it was forever. Does that make sense?0 -
It makes perfect sense Dawn. I feel as though I'm living a completely different life now to what I was a couple of years ago - I'm a different person and for the better I think. Not sure what will happen in the future but I'm happy at the moment.
Still in my nightie as well - 3 cups of tea down. Not giving up

CCL - Lovely to hear you all enjoyed the deserved break away, despite the less than smooth journey home. We've seen you full of determination before and I get that vibe you are again now. Careful you don't overdo it!0
