Just caught up with the latest shenanigans. You’re quite right to be anxious in case he comes to your door. Such an escalation in his poor behaviour - stand back and let him hit rock bottom. He really has a cheek passing your details to these various agencies and police. He is being manipulative again and wants to keep you in the loop and is, I suspect, expecting you to sort it all out again?!

I'm ok - promise
Just checking in quickly on my way to bed to let you know I'm ok. I'm just back from 2 very busy days in London. Didn't mention the exact time I was going to be away in case ex used read it on here (I know he has read my posts in the past). I only got back an hour ago and there's lots to do. I'm going to get a good night's sleep then I have to get up early and start exam work in the morning.
It's just mad busy when the exam stuff starts so I don't get on here as often as I would like to. It's always nice to have a couple of days away and catch up with people I don't see very often but it all gets a bit hectic. I've done 2 evenings of travelling, 2 full days at work plus a night out last night with workmates. It's all good though.
There is no word from ex. Not a thing. I don't know how I feel but I get less anxious every day that passes. The kids have been with my mam so I know that they've been safe and well, and have divided time between her house and ours.
Anyway, it was just a quick check in. I'll find the time to catch up properly tomorrow, but I am tired, and snotty with a sore throat so I need to get some rest - as prescribed by you lot.Not giving up
