    Mortgage start date first week of July 2019,
    Mortgage term 23yrs(end of June 2042🙇🏽♀️), 
    Target is to pay it off in 10years(by 2030🥳).

    Thank you Sistergold, happy new year to you too!

    Yesterday Mr Julicorn and I took stock of what we have in the cupboards - I think it's fair to say that a) we have enough grains / dried beans / pulses that should really get us through the months, b) I should bake more (SO many baking ingredients!), and c) we should take stock more often, some of those expired a loooooong time ago :D 

    We're currently trying to reactivate Simon the sourdough starter which is a few years old and has really seen better days. If you could spare some positive thoughts for Simon that would be great, he really needs it! At the moment he smells more like some home-made fruity brandy than sourdough, but I shall report back on whether he makes it through the next few days. <3

    Hi Julicorn! Well done on the 10 Years ahead! That is the sort of achievement to be proud of! Can I ask how you calculate time knocked off the mortgage? I seem to struggle to work it out lol!
