Must just be me but I've never had technical issues with TSB. Never had online issues. Always had great customer service in branch.0

Me too. I've been a customer for several years. Did have log in problem at the changeover time, but this was quickly solved and apart from that I've had excellent online experience and branch service.
Think I must be one of the 'silent majority'.0
