Pester has quit ! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-45406322
He lasted long than I thought, there are still a large number of underlying issues with the systems at TSB that need resolving.0 -
If it is of any help, I took my complaint to the FCA after waiting 12 weeks for TSB to respond, other than 'holding letters' - sent to the wrong person!
In the interim TSB offered me £50 'goodwill' full and final. I declined their offer.
The FCA Investigator called my last Wednesday to say they were dealing with my complaint and were reccommending that TSB paid me £150 as compensation.
I am quite happy with that amount as I think it reflects the hassle of having to travel 16 miles to queue up at my nearest branch weekly for 4 weeks to get money out after the meltdown, no text alerts, no credit card statements, call centre aborted calls. Waiting 6 weeks for a large cheque to clear (the branch lost it!), No internet banking for 3 weeks etc.

All these months later and still can't view any mortgage details - only the balance, no details of any payments or any overpayments made. Sounds like they are not going to fix itpoppy100

Still can't order statements as they don't arrive when I try order them (Online Branch & Phone) Still send me PDF Copies (Online secure messages) or can print copies in branch also they not responded to my complaint yet.
O well no biggy
if not got them by 2019 then I will complain again as over 4 months to get a statement not good enough..
Other banks take 5-10 working day...
Hay ho will be sorted at some point0 -

Collin.
That pretty much stacks up with the £110 TSB paid me (and my wife too) a few weeks back.
I did wonder whether it was worth escalating to the FOS, and I suppose I still could, but for our particular circumstances, basically being without access to the accounts, that seems a fair outcome.0 -
Way back in May after IT meltdown i've raised complain with TSB for my Club account.
Reasons of complain are couldn't log in to account, not able to pay out for our invoices on time and on phone for over 2 hrs in 3 occasions without able to speak to someone.
I've received phone call mid of June to discuss more about the complaint and gave reasons how as a club we are affected by this IT issues and embracement caused to us not able to pay our invoices on time.
Now i got a call on 25th sep 2018 apologies for long delay and offered £175 for our club for the issues we have faced.
Note:
During my phone call they have asked do we occurs any finicial loss due to this issue s i said no. Same for phone call this might be included on my free minutes.0 -
Had a call this morning, requesting further details about my complaint. I got a call back just and was offered £400 compensation. I had to ask her to repeat the amount as I was stunned.
I didn't particularly have much difficulty other than the access problems which everybody had, and only complained as Martin recommended.....thanks Martin!0 -

I put in a complaint on the 8th August as their meltdown caused massive problems with a Transfer of Mortgage Property (removing the ex from the mortgage) resulting in huge delays in it completing, them mislaying large sums of money that I had overpaid, etc etc etc...it's been a royal cockup and I now have essentially the wrong mortgage and paying more interest than I should so quite a substantial financial impact on me. It was very complicated, my complaint was over 6 pages long. I have had 2 letters saying they are dealing with it and it should be sorted within 6 weeks so any day now.....I'm not hopeful!2021 wins: mother and baby bundle, 1 year of broadband
2020 wins: 12 bottles of black cow vodka
2019 wins: Frank Turner Tix, Tattinger Champagne, Bryan Adams Tix, £500 Boden spend, Naked Chef cookbook, £100 Crossword win, £1400 JazzFM Legends....
