    (((Hugs))) ATB.

Kelpie has been to the field for his once a week off lead session and did about 40 minutes scent work. He's now shattered, which is just what I wanted. The kittens have new toys and a cardboard floor scratching thing. Good news on the food front, I've found a kitten food the little girl absolutely loves so the Fe1!x and Whi$ka$ can go. I think the little boy will eat anything - he's twice her size and I now understand why.

Sundeck scrubbing has continued, outside wall washed and it's all now dried enough for me to move things around and do the final side. After that it'll be straightforward to pot up a few dozen plants. Hurrah!
    Better is good enough.

Sending hugs ATB; awful news hun.

Seems to me that everyone has been pretty busy. I'm not going to get any more Flying done today as yet more work in this afternoon and another 40 minute job just now but will try my new strategy tomorrow morning!

LameWolf sorry to hear about yet more workmen; real PITA isn't it.

Lots of hugs, ATB. We are all here for you whenever you need us.

I've just about managed level one in the kitchen this evening. Dinner was a case of - what is in the fridge that needs using up? Then I opened the microwave and hey presto there are some of the veggies that were supposed to go with Sunday's lunch! Duh. DSiL thought that there must have been a cooking disaster so didn't like to mention that she had seen me prep them but then they didn't make it to the table! Oh well, I will look on it as forward planning for tomorrow night's dinner. Cupboard sorting has just happened by accident - a plastic bottle of honey burst its banks so I have just cleaned up that sticky mess.

I made it out to the garden just before it got dark to make space for a couple of plants gifted to me. I figured even that small exercise might help with the slinky challenge. And it avoided me tackling the leaning tower of ironing for another day.

Flying a bit here and there, or basically hoping house won't get too messy as only 2 of us here and we are both rushed off our feet. Working both mornings and afternoons and both are high intensity, holiday group of 3 - 6 year olds who are new to us so everything has to be demonstrated and includes crafts that are a bit tricky for the younger ones and then an intensive 2 hour lesson with a teeneager in the afternoon who is hoping to learn everything in 10 hours! Also fitting in leg waxing, hair cut for me and taking to OH to get his car back from the garage (1 hour away) and must then decided what we're wearing for wedding on Saturday, find it and pack so we can leave straight from work on Friday. Hoping the girls come home sometime before then to sort out their things (and don't bring too much washing).

Anyway, bed made, bathroom wiped, kitchen reasonable (everything in DW)

    Have a nice day
    xx

    I am no longer overweight!

    It's official , BMI of 24.99 today!!

Reached my first goal today so feeling very smug.

I definitelly need to lose a lot more but have lost 5 kgs since the start of the year, since March realy as start of the year I didn't lose any. Not sure what the final target is but for now going to set myself a goal of another 3 kgs which will take me to a nice number. I am going to keep mmy goals realistic as it is motivation once they are achievable and I can treat myself, the beatician has a new system for fat reduction and improving skin tone using cold so might treat myself to a couple of sessions to see if it has any effect on the stubborn flabby areas.

Off to work with a big smile on my face now.

A hard day ahead. Flylady positive vibes if anyone has any spare please.

    Love to all x
